This video found me at just the right moment. I've been having a really difficult time with myself this January. It was calming and reassuring to be reminded that although the world's gone to shit my particularly dark feelings aren't felt by everyone all of the time.

Nice to see you again and the baby is so cute!! I also feel like the restrictions have suit me in a way, starting Uni during a pandemic I didn’t feel pressure to be very social. Also the fact that I live with very low energy it’s awesome that I can spend days laying in the sofa😅

"it's like we had practise" hahaha First thing i did after lockdown was replace my computer - i'd been hoping it would finish collapsing (physically and software) so i could legit claim i didn't have a computer, sorry i couldn't take email or online nonsense i'd be outdoors walking while i still could (my knees are getting worse and i'm at the time of life i know, if i don't do it now i won't be able to soon this is my last chance). The last bally thing i want is to live online. Plus it's rural life: outdoors is tempting, broadband is 56kb/h so not tempting, the opposite of city life

Hi, sorry but in which country are you? Because in the UK (& many other countries) for example you can go & have your daily outdoor exercise. It's just totally silly to be indoor all day for a month or for a 1/2 year, depends on in which country are you & how long is there a lockdown... You need sunshine, vitamin D in organic, natural form, & less as possible from synthetic things, tablets, pills. Also need fresh air every day, so get out as much as you can.
