After 6 years in Brussels, I still spend as much time as possible exploring cities in Belgium. I have been to Antwerp so many times, but still have my must see spots and take my time enjoying the city.

As someone who likes to explore the nooks and cranny of every place, I can't believe I've never even HEARD of the wooden escalator in Antwerp, never mind the one in Galerie Horta! Besides the rubber (?) rotating band, the steps and the sides/handles are really all wood?
