By 0900, all registers were operating, and people were queued 9 or 10 deep. Working there gave me my work ethic!!! These workers are a disgrace!!! Really lazy!!!!
The McDonald's location, where the person at the drive-through window refused an order because it was too big, should be shut down permanently. The fact that such insolent behavior even happened is evidence that the place is too far gone to be fixed.

I was tasked with ordering and picking up 25 hamburgers, 30 cheeseburgers and 40 regular fries. On my second visit the manager came out, gave me his business card and said to just give him a call when placing such a large order and he'd make sure it got done fast, efficient and hot. Which he did every time. Thumbs up to that guy.
Exactly why I don't send food back. I was in Minneapolis and sent a steak sandwich back because it was still bleeding. All The staff went back into the kitchen shortly after I sent it back. I didn't eat the replacement....
I was the person in charge at a full service restaurant, one night a week these two ladies would come in 10 minutes before closing order two teas, and split one muffin. Back then that was under a $5 dollar cost, and they would sit there visiting for 2 hours! I got questioned from owners about the closing time and why we were there so late, i told him. He decided that he wasn’t going to pay for these people’s visiting time and told me on that night to close 30 minutes early. Thank goodness!
This guy should be fired if he isn't already, he doesn't understand BASIC courtesy and customer service and this is a horrible look for McDonald's Grant Avenue in Auburn, NY. OOOHHHH wait is there a limit of burgers per order on that menu as we don't have that in our state. hmmmmm

I love your channel and audits are extremely important. But I have to come to the defence of the lady in the second video. I worked at McDonald's for a little over 20 years, the majority of that was as a manager interacting with customers every day. There absolutely are some instances where it is appropriate to refuse service to a customer, particularly one who is looking to pick a fight at every turn. I will concede that she could have handled the situation a little more calmly. But to suggest this would warrant her being fired, I cannot agree with. I think it's also important to look at this video in the wider context of the hundreds, if not thousands of customers she would serve every week and the unlikelihood this is a regular occurrence.

This guy is crazy. McDonalds doesn't make them when you order them. It is done like a factory at Ford Motor Co. They are made ahead of time on a factory line. One worker cooks a bunch of hamburgers at once with a machine. When they are done he puts all of the cooked burgers in a sliding tray with some older ones. The guy who assembles the burger gets the top and bottom buns and puts it on the counter with the wrapper. He does like 5 at a time. Then he slides the tray of cooked burger patties out and places a burger on each of the 5 buns. Then he does the same with the other ingredients. So they already have trays of cooked patties already cooked. Now, I don't know how long these trays of cooked patties last but this is how they make McDonalds hamburgers.
Been there done that this is how most of the McDonald's are I quit going there they have no concept of Customer service and want you to pull around and wait 20 mins
I stopped eating fast food several years ago. Don't trust any place. At a McDonald's where I live, if fries get dropped on the floor they are not thrown away. They are picked up off the floor and put in your carton to take home and eat. And what kind of special saliva sauce are you getting. It happens in a lot of places.
Bugs the hell out of me when you go through Mcdonalds and they are "closed for maintenance". You know damn well they just cant be arsed to do the work.
Many years ago I ordered food for 3 people. 2 of us got sick for 3 days. Lesson learned. I now try to keep my family away from that place. Burger king, A&W, and even a street cart is better then McDonalds.
While the dude not wanting to make food is crazy, the lady that is refusing to make food or coffee for a chronic "complainer" is perfectly fine. If I had a customer that constantly claimed that a food product they purchased was wrong (every single time) then I would also refuse service. People do this on purpose and they are just being asshats

lol, I am a retired chef and would never turn down a customer no matter how big the order is nor if they showed up 1 minute before closing. If they make it in the door before closing then I always made my staff serve them, period.
I have worked many establishments. High end and low end. I never understood what the staff would complain about serving people. What always bothered me was management rushing us out without cleaning properly.
