That looks amazing. I’d love to try a couple plants here in Texas, but I don’t know if they’ll grow here, but I would not want to have to prune that many hats off to you, my friend.
pruned mine yesterday. I was glad to see a little green when I did my cuts. Even the Razzmatazz was green. The little muscadines pulled through the first year even after the 19 degrees with the wind chill in the single digits. Great little video. thanks for sharing
How old are the mature vines you showed being pruned. I have three vines planted last year and removed the grapes. I’m excited to see what happens this year. I’m so glad I found your channel and we built the supports like yours. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and tips😊 congratulations on your new home and God Bless you and yours from Pickens Co SC! Spring is just around the corner
Thank you for this. I'm still a newbie at growing Muscadines. I only had one plant make it to the wire to split in each direction this past year. I had a few that didn't survive last winter, but attempted to come back with tiny plants. I had to replace 3 plants from last winter. I hope this year I'm able to get more of my plants to grow down the wire and maybe get some fruit from the one that did. Love your new house by the way. Stay warm.
Excellent info; you're running ahead of me. :) Wildman with the hedge trimmers! Keep an eye on the tendrils and them girdling your vines. Also those Ruby Crisp, they'll overcrop on you if you aren't careful.
Hey Shane , as you know we don't have muskies up here in the Northeast wild anyway. But if I ever was a grape grower it would be because you taught me so much and I've seen the results🎉 We are getting a big storm tonight, the worst of it will be 35mile an hr winds😳. I don't know how many inches will stay in one place with winds like that😮. Prune on my brother 🎉. JO JO IN VT 💞☃️
I can’t imagine how long it takes to prune your entire vineyard. You need to ask the boss lady in that new house for a pay raise.😂. Thanks for the pruning reminder. I didn’t know if I should wait until Spring or not.
Thanks for the Info. Had wondered as far as the year old vine. Have you had any problems with wind knocking your rows down. And what weight t post you use? Thanks
Shane when should I start spraying. I’ve heard that spraying Liquid Copper helps with diseases. Thank you for the video very helpful. Your new home is beautiful.
Hi from 🏴 UK Loved your videos on wine making Can I ask you a question plz How long did the yeast take to foment in the little bowl with sugar Regards Denz
Thanks so much,, don't take but a few minutes. If you see nothing happen I wouldn't worry to much I just had that happen to me and it fermented fine in the bucket.
Glad I'm not in your position. We have 35 vines and got them all done before snowmageddon. That's enough for me. One thing to note is that you really can't screw it up. 2 nodes, 6 nodes, it really won't affect your fruit production this year. Unless, of course, you accidentally cut a main trunk. Ask me how I know. That'll knock productivity back a year or so.

Cotton candy would be cool

How much are you watering this time of year?
Or I guess, how much do they need this time of year?
I'm not watering at all duties winter. Not until spring
Where's your seedless table grapes. You got to have some somewhere on your property??
No but I want some
