The most well produced mashup of the dead and hip hop yet. Most other mashups are a bit heavy handed- either the samples are too high in the mix or the music is just cut, pasted, and corrected for time and pitch rather than perfectly curated and used creatively as presented here - melody lines and short passages are not just repeated with the vocals shoehorned in so it works in a technical sense. Instead here, the music is constructed and arranged to fit the flow of the vocal track. This is the work of a craftsman and an artist. Truly a tribute to both acts, and a creative work that showcases the producer’s talent and elevates both artists to a new level. Well done and thank you.
I appreciate DOOM fans wanting to create and use his work to make 1/2 new tracks but for real, the Villain produced those original tracks, it's his pure form, let him rest please and maybe fans will be blessed when he reappears one dark day, mic in hand. MF DOOM TILL NOTHING.
