Crazy thing I love about your videos? The opening early morning, quiet, peaceful dark, coffee...moments before the run. Crazy?! We've all been there, or continue to be there...such a great time of day! Non- runners missing out! :-)
QD. I am from Pakistan and we dont have new balance saucony brooks or hoka over here, all we do is to contact some vendor/ importer of used shoes, but you are lucky enough to find out in good shape. And on the other hand i am hardly missing any of your Vlog, craziness for running and running shoes 😊
Try running warehouse, the same with me. Most big brands not available, I get my shoes from running warehouse. Quick delivery though some extra $$ for the delivery, but its worth it.
I grew up in the house of a 2:46 marathoner, so I first heard the word fartlek when I was a kid in the 80’s. I giggled. Now that I’m an adult in my mid-30’s, I still smile every single time I hear someone say fartlek. I think I’ll smile at that word for the rest of my life.
I purchase most of my running shoes from Road Runner Sports since I joined their VIP family program. We have 6 six people in my family buying shoes and it gives us quite the discount after we spend so much plus an everyday discount. I have also purchased shoes at Fleet Feet, REI, Running Warehouse, and Super Jock N Jill. I shop around for the best price. I do like the fact that through Road Runner I have 3 months to try out a shoe and can bring it back. They told they even take back muddy trail shoes too lol!
Local running store only, need to support local small business....Runner's Roost here in Aurora, is my go to for anything road running. If its trails related, then its big box, REI...
Bondi 7s! :0 Bondis are my favorite training shoes of all time makes racing shoes feel weightless on race day and so much cushion for the pushin helps so much on joints
QD: I try to buy local when I can, via their website lately. I have also bought from running warehouse, road runner sports, jackrabbit. A few times I've gotten the previous versions of shoes from woot.
QD: Just any shoe stores in Hong Kong - we have like one shoe every 5 meters here, but very difficult to find a "specialist" store. So the convenience giveth, and it taketh. Thankfully we have awesome RUclipsrs like you Seth!
QD: I buy my shoes from Rd., Runner sports consider them a local store here in town. They have great selection and great nutrition options as well. Have a good one Seth!
I buy shoes online, even abroad. Physical stores here usually dont offer discounts and the return policy sucks. So i would thoroughly research the shoes that i want and look for a good deal online.
QD: I have always bought my running shoes at a local running store, The Westchester Road Runner. But lately with Covid-19 I have purchased from Running Warehouse
QD: I normally get mine from nike on line in the sale when i get a discount code on top of sale price. my last 2 purchases from the got me peg turbos 1s and flyknit 1s for around £70 this way i can get shoes out of my price range within my budget.
Mostly Zappos. I have used a handful of different running stores and I find that none of them really carry a big selection. They seem to just have their handful of brands and a handful of models from that brand.
QOD: Normally I get my shoes online from a umber of sites based in Europe. Lately however had to change make and model of my running shoes so opting for a local store so I can feel the shoes before buying.
QD: I’m a cheapskate so I typically buy great deals from eBay where people don’t like or use a shoe I want. I did buy the Novablast new from Running Warehouse though.
I shop around for deals. I do try to shop direct with the brand to ensure returns are hassle free - especially if faulty - but a deal is a deal! I would love to patronise a local running shop by we don't have one!
I used to buy from Running Warehouse back when they offered good deals on clearance. I’ve seen some better deals from Jack Rabbit. Nice to see some competition to keep RW in check.
I find their website harder to navigate than others. Roadrunner sports offers discounts of up to 15% in exchange for paying a small preferred member fee which definitely pays off if you are buying a few pairs or more of shoes each year
QD: mostly from running warehouse because of the deals, but I still try to get a least one or two pairs a year from my local Aardvark running store in Bethlehem PA
I like a local place called Ultra Running Company because they stock tons of trail shoes, Hokas, Altras and the like. I bought a pair of Clifton, Rincon and Speedgoats there. It's a great way to support local businesses and actually try on shoes and talk to other Ultra runners. If I am not looking to try something on first or looking for deals I go with Running Warehouse.
QD: The last shoe I bought was the peg 37 from the Nike website. But pre lockdown it was always at a physical store as I like to try the fit and ride before purchase. Now that the stores can open I'll be back to the shops.
QD: my favorite online store has always been Roadrunner Sports, but their service has slowed during the pandemic, so I’ve tried Running Warehouse a couple of times and have loved their service and response times.
Hey Seth .. QD: I have just found a new running store here in Singapore. Its called Running Lab. Keeps a good stock of the Hokas, Sauconys and the New Balance shoes.
QD: Most often I take shoes in the Wildberries. One of the biggest online shops in Russia, cause WB have discounts for current model range. They sell Asics, Nb, Adidas, Scott and Salomon running shoes. Sometimes I try to support local stores and buy some running stuff in Triatleta.ru They have a wide choice of Compressport, Buff, Craft and also Sports nutrition.
Your wife seriously needs her own channel. Perhaps something for other mothers home management tips or something. She's got such a positive and encouraging presence.
QD : I usually watch videos, like yours, where a shoe is reviewed and then I try to find the best deal for it online or in store. So it really varies, but I've noticed Dick's has some nice shoe sales and I just grabbed a pair of 2019 Pegasus Turbo 2's for $115 (originally $180)!
Embargoed guess, something from skechers. Qd: shop around running warehouse, road runner sports, fleet feet (local), on the run (local), academy, zappos, jack rabbit. I try to keep them all in business, lol
I like to buy my running shoes from running warehouse online the most. They often have good deals and the shipping is usually really fast. I also buy from jackrabbit.com. Not my go to site. I get tricked by them 90% of the time, as I wear a 14 and when I filter for my size, the results aren’t actually available. But I did get a pair of infinity reacts for myself and the mrs very near their initial release for $55 a pair!
I’m guessing the shoes is a Skechers, since I saw an unopened box in a previous video. I also recall the MaxRoad being among your favorite shoes a while ago (I think in 2018), and given the taper-status, I think the MaxRoad would be a go-to for SJD.
QD: Seth I use size US13 😄 and yes I'm just trying to google search across the Europe to be happy to find any shoes at any website ☺️ so far it's been successful plan to build my rotation.
My son wears a 7 1/2. He starts cross country tomorrow and he would love those NB beacons. I do not know how to attach photos here, but he currently has 7 1/2 Nike Peg.
QD: Strides Running in Calgary . Alberta, Canada. This is a locally owned, brick and morter shop with 3 locations, 2 in Calgary and 1 in Canmore. I never shop for shoes online. I do this for several reasons. I prefer the social nature of shopping in a store, not the antisocial nature of online shopping. When buying a shoe, I like to try them on before I buy them. That way I can test out the fit to see if they will work. For esample, if the heal is slipping while I am walking around in the store, I know they won't work. Strides has a treadmill in the store, so you can take any shoe you are trying up to speed to get a sense of the running feel before you walk out the door with them. They are good to bbecause if they don't have what I want in stock, they will order it in. Once, there was a shoe I was after from a brand they carry but not a model that they were carrying. They called around to another running store in Calgary that had that shoe and brought them in for me from them. Great service! I also appreciate the advice on different shoes as I am considering something different from the old pair I would be replacing. This is especially important when brands discontinue specific models that you like. Bonus QD: Typical breakfast for me is always fresh fruit with meusli and greek yogurt. Delicious and nutritious.
Sportshoes.com, prodirectrunning and running shoe stores here and when I can. It's a long drive to get to the nearest one and the variety isn't always there but always worth speaking to the experts
QOD: Running Warehouse, Nike based on the deals you can find plus their fantastic return policy. Eastbay has a terrible return policy and their USPS shipping took forever last time. You can find some great deals on EBay and Dicks if you are positive the shoe will work for you.
Secret shoe much be the New Balance Fuel Cell RC Elite - I wanted to say the new Atreyu, but didnt think that was due until maybe December at the earliest.
QOD: Currently I’m a Newton ambassador, just received my last pair of complimentary shoes for year!! Have to watch my channel to see which one they are video should be up later today or tomorrow!!
QD: I shop on Zappos. They have a great running shoes return policy 👌. Seth anyway you can do a New Balance shoe matrix. Love your videos. Onward and upward!!
QD: Either Runner’s Roost or Runner’s Warehouse (mostly due to their excellent return policy). Also, Seth, are you still planning on filming a full review of the Hoka Torrent 2? I’m interested of what your thoughts are on it, especially in the durability category with the exposed foam 👍🏻
Could you do a vlog about nutrition? How many calories do you eat in a day? I often get really hungry throughout the day after a long run. Also: whatcha reading?
Ain’t nothin worse than a code brown on a morning run! I often skip breakfast just in case. I reckon he’s been running in NB RC’s. QOD I buy shoes from the Ballarat Running Company. Brick and mortar shop. Great people who really look after you. For others they maybe don’t have, running warehouse au.
We have coffee together every morning, just so you know. 😂 QD: My last shoes I ordered from Kohl's, because they had them $30 cheaper than anywhere else. I go where the deals are!
Crazy thing I love about your videos? The opening early morning, quiet, peaceful dark, coffee...moments before the run. Crazy?! We've all been there, or continue to be there...such a great time of day! Non- runners missing out! :-)
You know you've made it as a running RUclipsr when you receive embargoed shoes and companies accidentally sending shoes you've already bought.

Really close to 100,000 subscribers. Keep going Seth!
Since I found your channel I’ve been using the links to running warehouse for all my shoes
“Butter my Bobo”
5am, going out and seeking beauty in the mountain, Seth, thanks for your inspiration...
QD: running warehouse, jack rabbit, roadrunner sports and REI are my typical shops. The local stores rarely carry my size but I try to get in there.
QD: I go to a local running store generally. I really like to try shoes on before I buy them. I have also ordered directly from Brooks website.
Does anybody else annoy their significant other by dramatically asking “what’s in the box????” Like brad Pitt in se7en?
I do it as Adam from Workaholics doing the se7ven parody. Same same but different
I grew up in the house of a 2:46 marathoner, so I first heard the word

Keep on going seth.. i love to run.. 👍
The hype level you get to in unboxing, Seth!!! You could have been on Good Morning Vietnam!!!
Love local running stores, especially Runners Roost!
Bought shoes from SportSA but also visit The Sweatshop often in SA.
I think the embargoed shoe is a sketchers. Anyone remember when he got some sketchers boxes delivered a few weeks ago?
I think so. Skechers GOrun Ride Elite
Bondi 7 !!! excited for this one 🤠🇺🇸👍
So jealous of Seth being able to try all these new shoes........................

I love your vlogs James! Your energy is amazing. Great content. Greetings from Brazil!

Secret shoe is probably the NB Fuelcell RC Elite. Supposedly its coming Sep 1st. Do I get a free one if I'm right!? :)
Local running store: Marathon Sports. Online: Running Warehouse
Who else uses Running Warehouse and Seth's links?
👇
I didn't know much about Running Warehouse until your video Parker. I used to just use the official websites and Amazon.
i use alot now for clothes and altras on sale . helpful on phone too!!
I find their website harder to navigate than others. Roadrunner sports offers discounts of up to 15% in exchange for paying a small preferred member fee which definitely pays off if you are buying a few pairs or more of shoes each year
I think one of them is the brook hyperion elite
At the military exchange website. Free shipping and no taxes!
QD: mostly from running warehouse because of the deals, but I still try to get a least one or two pairs a year from my local Aardvark running store in Bethlehem PA
Aardvark Shop buyer as well! 👍🏻 Great local shop.
You flew by me on the Highline Trail.....QD: RunNFun st.paul MN.....I also run on their grandmasters team when healthy
Not sure if it was your favorite but I know you loved the original Turbo.
QD: The last shoe I bought was the peg 37 from the Nike website. But pre lockdown it was always at a physical store as I like to try the fit and ride before purchase. Now that the stores can open I'll be back to the shops.
Who doesn't love the opening the box feeling. Every runner knows what I mean 😂
Oh man, I love that!
Yea...I’m weird that I love the New Shoe Smell
Three of my friends own shoes stores. So I spread it out but run for one of them!
QD: my favorite online store has always been Roadrunner Sports, but their service has slowed during the pandemic, so I’ve tried Running Warehouse a couple of times and have loved their service and response times.
I shop at Jackrabbit, Amazon, and RW mainly.
Hey Seth ..
QD: I have just found a new running store here in Singapore. Its called Running Lab. Keeps a good stock of the Hokas, Sauconys and the New Balance shoes.
Are you going to review the spikes?
QD: Most often I take shoes in the Wildberries. One of the biggest online shops in Russia, cause WB have discounts for current model range. They sell Asics, Nb, Adidas, Scott and Salomon running shoes.
Sometimes I try to support local stores and buy some running stuff in Triatleta.ru
They have a wide choice of Compressport, Buff, Craft and also Sports nutrition.
Your wife seriously needs her own channel. Perhaps something for other mothers home management tips or something. She's got such a positive and encouraging presence.
Hoka directly from site...has the best and seamless return and exchange program out there.
lucky bastard! Los Angeles gyms have been closed for months with no opening date. 😓
It's all about the Plain Greek yogurt over Blueberries with Cinnamon and some raw oats! My go to for last year.
QD: Boring answer but - a mix of local stores + online. I generally prefer local but they don't carry all the models I'm interested in.
+1
I reckon embargo shoe is the NB RC 👍🏻
Shop local.. Keep your money in your own community.
Embargoed guess, something from skechers.
Qd: shop around running warehouse, road runner sports, fleet feet (local), on the run (local), academy, zappos, jack rabbit. I try to keep them all in business, lol
QD: Fleet Feet in Mechanicsburg, PA! Great staff with an amazing knowledge base!
You ran in the new Atreyu, you’re wearing the shirt 👍😜
Is the embargoed shoe the NB RC Elite? Reckon the fuelcell midsole and, supposedly lighter weight of the shoe, will be a winning combo!
I like to buy my running shoes from running warehouse online the most. They often have good deals and the shipping is usually really fast. I also buy from jackrabbit.com. Not my go to site. Or GOrun Ride Elite
Can’t eat and run. Water...then coffee, MCT oil, collagen powder w/ stevia. P.s. I run 2 miles most days. 59 & female.
QD: Seth I use size US13 😄 and yes I'm just trying to google search across the Europe to be happy to find any shoes at any website ☺️ so far it's been successful plan to build my rotation.
I like to go into Fleet Feet and have them 3D scan my foot. I always leave with that “custom fit feeling”.
Sportshoes.com or direct companies in England 🇬🇧
QD: I usually buy my shoes at local running stores (TC Running Company). I love supporting local business!
My son wears a 7 1/2. He starts cross country tomorrow and he would love those NB beacons. I do not know how to attach photos here, but he currently has 7 1/2 Nike Peg.

In Cronulla NSW Australia... great service great price 👍🏻
QD: Mainly Running Warehouse and Road Runner Sports. Sometimes I buy from the company’s websites as well.
QD: I’ve been shopping local for my running shoes. Thankful to have a store nearby!
Buy on the brands website.

QD: Wherever they are on sale.
QD: I shop on Zappos. They have a great running shoes return policy 👌. Seth anyway you can do a New Balance shoe matrix. Love your videos. Onward and upward!!
Also - mystery shoe has to be Atreyu. Shirt gives it away
Hoka One One Bondi’s are a nurses best friend...
Seth I wear a 7.5
Running warehouse!
It’s got to be the New Balance Fuelcell RC Elite.
Could you do a vlog about nutrition? How many calories do you eat in a day? I often get really hungry throughout the day after a long run.
Also: whatcha reading?
2:53 i was like, what, North Korea makes shoes? That’s a bizarre term... excited to see what they are...
QD: I tend to buy shoes from a shop that's near me as I get a discount cuz I'm a county athlete but if not from there then just online
QD: I like to order off of stockx because they basically have every shoe and they have good deals
my beacon v3s have some serious durability issues, tread pattern is very worn after 50 miles
I hope I can have atleast one pair of running shoes from you sir Seth 😢 I can't afford one of those even a worn out running shoes I accept it!
don't eat breakfast (1st run around 8am), practice intermittent fasting daily, first meal around1pm.
Embargo shoe is an Atreyu. That’s my guess!
Brooks Hyperion Elite?
We have coffee together every morning, just so you know. 😂
QD: My last shoes I ordered from Kohl's, because they had them $30 cheaper than anywhere else. I go where the deals are!
Yep. I’m in the coffee club. My dad begins with black coffee and SJD.
Most definitely 👍 on the SJD coffee ☕ club
QD: JackRabbit, or Eastbay, or Fleetfeet. Those are usually my three shops. Two of them have local shops for me to buy from them.
