Oak moss has a primeval quality; unfortunately use of the natural oak moss extract has been replaced by synthetic oak moss - apparently because natural oak moss can cause an allergic reaction. The original oak moss fragrance is Guerlain Mitsouko - not a subtle oak moss though!
I have had five children and my sense of smell was so sensitive and triggered nausea within seconds of sniffing something I was sensitive to. It’s temporary though Jessie ❤️
Yes, I heard that too…. that natural oakmoss can cause allergic reactions… That’s so surprising! I bet so many notes in perfumery are synthetic these days… Probably most! 😕 that’s good to hear about it being temporary with pregnancy! Thank you for the reassurance 😅
