Update on the charging issue. To use the tablet while charging, you have to charge it via the USB cable connected to your computer. The tablet cannot be used while charging if you charge with those USB wall charger. The tablet can detect the stylus but the cursor will not move.
Jared Flynn It came a while ago. It's really nice although sometimes if click things too fast it will lag and there will be an error pop up. That doesn't happen too often though.

Try not to use Photoshop as a way to view proper tapering as it uses an older brush engine. Clip Studio is a far better way of showing tapering. Check your USB selective suspending mode in Windows as that was happening to me with my previous Wacom Intuos Pro but it worked by plugging the adapter also into my monitor.
I disagree. Many artists still use Photoshop for drawing, retouching, and design. I think they will want to know how this tablet will perform on their favorite software.
Ive been doin some research and your reviews are one of the best for these products. Im seriously thinking of purchasing this one since i dont want to go over 200 dollars and this seems like a solid option till I can upgrade.
I got it, and it's perfect! It takes quite some time for the pen to discharge! But the pen feels cheap and the build quality of the tab is kinda fragile.. But overall, it's perfect! You should defiantly get it!

+Christopher Lovell You can assign those keyboard shortcuts to the physical shortcut buttons on the tablet. I usually use my keyboard which does not appear in the video, that's why it seems like I switch tools very fast, but that's really just me using the keyboard shortcuts in the background
I'm really confused about the pen, i have been charging it for about 3 hours and the LED only shows a very faint red light, but every time i try to use it it doesn't work. The tablet it charged, because the light is blue. I've downloaded the software and all that, it just isn't picking up.

I've always wondered how people know where abouts on the screen the stylus is, but your video shows a circle to help locate where the pen is. Is this a regular feature on all tablets?
The cursor will always be there. If you use a drawing software, sometimes the cursor is a circle or the shape of the brush. The pen works like a mouse except shaped like a pen. You just move the cursor around.

I just got the tablet a few days ago and on a trip and today i decided to try it Everything seemed fine but the pen wasn't working i thought the pen might not be charged and i started charging it and i charged it for like 2 hours and it wasn't working I charged it again and after 4 hours I checked the the light and its stuck on red light As im typing its still charging Can you tell me why its not working ?
The pen might be spoiled. Does the pen work when the charging cable is connected? If so the battery might be spoiled. Contact Huion and see what they say.
I'm looking for a best value tablet where I could both write on it like i was 8.5X11 that can be instantly seen on computer screen. What I would prefer is something that would display my screen and also allow for me to write on it, and replace screen with paper background...and save these images and send via email, live screen share, etc. Do you have recommendation?
Any tablet will work actually. I recommend one that's medium size, at least 10 by 6 inches. These are not that expensive. There are many on Amazon. Search XP Pen, Huion, Parblo, Gaomon, Artisul

Hey am about to order a tablet and I was wondering since the new version 2 of this tablet (the q11k v2) and the wh1409 v2 both are very similar except for the wh1409 being larger everything else is relatively the same same pen everything.. so I was wondering which one would you recommended buying ? If you are a beginner like me I would go for the "large" but not the largest option. I will certainly be buying it but not until I get a review on it from someone. I am really happy about the battery-free pen and the tilt mechanic, though. The materials look much better too.

+Savanah Andersen First try uninstalling and installing the driver again and see if it works. When you are moving the pen without touching the surface, and there is a line, it means that the "click" feature is activated. E.g. It's like you are clicking (holding down the mouse) while moving. Try changing the pen button click settings too.
+Savanah Andersen It could also be the graphic software that may be the problem. You can try the free Medibang Paint Pro and see if the problem is still there.

I had gotten a HUION tablet (HUION New 1060 Plus), but I have a question regarding tracking. The whole surface of the tablet works as my screen. If I move the pen to the right up side of the tablet, the mouse is there too. Is there any way to make it track more like a mouse? A graphic designer (who isn't familiar with other than Wacom) has tested it and found it abominable, but I recently found out that his tablet simply has different type of tracking. So I was wondering if I could switch to "mouse mode" or something, so that I could give it to him and test it again. (my main objective was to give him the tablet cause the wacom one he has is a 15-18 years old one, but just by telling him: hey, wanna test this tablet I got, I got all kinds of funny faces, so I couldn't tell him that it was for him xD...)
I have just purchased this tablet. It's my first tablet so my knowledge is minimal. I'm having an issue with my pen and the strokes. When I try to draw a circle it always starts my line with a straight beginning. i can't seem to do a circle without this straight line in the beginning. Can you help me with this issue? thank you
Are you using a tablet computer? Usually this problem is due to Microsoft WinTab driver. Or ask Huion and see what they say. Or try some other software. Hello! I'm having a problem with my new Q11K, maybe someone will help... A lot of times, when i lift the pen from tablet surface (after using brush, eraser, or anything) and lift it over, it's still behaving like the pen was touching the surface.... It's quite annoying and i don't know what to do :(
@@juliovasquez4484 For you or anyone else reading this, the V2 is definitely better, as it is both wireless and has a battery free pen, and it now has tilt functionality availability as well.
That I'm actually not too sure since I no longer have the unit to test. You probably can use it in wired mode. Other wireless models I've tested does that.

Im having some trouble with my huion tablet pen, basically, on any app that I have, (mostly fire alpaca and medibang paint pro) it delays. I can't make any consistent lines because it delays and doesn't start immediately, its super annoying, I tried re calibrating the pen but it didn't work, anyone got an idea to help?

For this tablet. I've had it for about 3 months. When I drag my styles across the screen it's delayed. It takes a few seconds and when it finally draws it skips where I started/ How do I fix this? I've tested other drawing apps and it does the same.

This is a review unit so I no longer have it. Anyway, such tablets are designed to last. The surface may have scratches, but it still works.

Q11K. This medium is still large. WH1409 is extra large. Q11K is a more comfortable size to work with.

Thank you. After watching, I bought the Huion tablet for this because I was looking for a tablet for left handed users. I recently bought the Q11K Inspiroy V2 with the pen that doesn't need to charge anymore. I want to draw in Photoshop using the tablet but I don't know how. Is there some sort of plug-in? Photoshop can't seem to recognize my pen
Does the pen work with other software? E.g. Krita, Medibang?
Maybe try different version of the driver, or ask Huion.
@@teohyc It works fine in Medibang. I haven't tried with Krita. Maybe I need the latest version of Photoshop because mine is CS6. Maybe that's why

This Q11K is my First Tablet. I have the drivers up to date, but have an Issue where the pen hovers and draws without actually touching the pad. How do I correct this?

Yes. If you can do it with a mouse, you can do it with this tablet.

I had gotten a HUION tablet (HUION New 1060 Plus), but I have a question regarding tracking. The whole surface of the tablet works as my screen. If I move the pen to the right up side of the tablet, the mouse is there too. Is there any way to make it track more like a mouse? A graphic designer (who isn't familiar with other than Wacom) has tested it and found it abominable, but I recently found out that his tablet simply has different type of tracking. So I was wondering if I could switch to "mouse mode" or something, so that I could give it to him and test it again. (my main objective was to give him the tablet cause the wacom one he has is a 15-18 years old one, but just by telling him: hey, wanna test this tablet I got, I got all kinds of funny faces, so I couldn't tell him that it was for him xD...)
I know Wacom has that feature but Huion does not.

I have just purchased this tablet. It's my first tablet so my knowledge is minimal. I'm having an issue with my pen and the strokes. When I try to draw a circle it always starts my line with a straight beginning. i can't seem to do a circle without this straight line in the beginning. Can you help me with this issue? thank you
Are you using a tablet computer? Usually this problem is due to Microsoft WinTab driver. Or ask Huion and see what they say.
Or try some other software.
If it's Wintab you may need to uninstall using this method

POROSH KHAN Q11K because it has far higher pressure sensitivity than the 1060 plus.

Hello! I'm having a problem with my new Q11K, maybe someone will help... A lot of times, when i lift the pen from tablet surface (after using brush, eraser, or anything) and lift it over, it's still behaving like the pen was touching the surface.... It's quite annoying and i don't know what to do :(
Is it worthy to buy this one or the V2? does it have a big difference?
I've not tested V2 so I can't say much. The first model works well.

That I'm actually not too sure since I no longer have the unit to test.
You probably can use it in wired mode. Other wireless models I've tested does that.

Hello I bought for Christmas Huion inspiroy Q11K graphics tablet, I installed the CD software, everything works fine. But I encounter a problem, when I go on Photoshop it is impossible for me to draw drawings, yet my pen and detect and the cursor moves. Could you please help me, thank you in advance.

Im having some trouble with my huion tablet pen, basically, on any app that I have, (mostly fire alpaca and medibang paint pro) it delays. I can't make any consistent lines because it delays and doesn't start immediately, its super annoying, I tried re calibrating the pen but it didn't work, anyone got an idea to help?

Thanks for the suggestions. I would love to get the huion q11k but I'm quite confused you said in the video that it can't be use while charging the tablet but when I went to huion website it said that it can be use while it's connected to the tablet.

Just checked. You need to charge the tablet by connecting it to your computer if you want to use it while charging. If you charge the tablet through those USB wall charger, the tablet can recognise the stylus but the cursor will not move.

For this tablet. I've had it for about 3 months. When I drag my styles across the screen it's delayed. It takes a few seconds and when it finally draws it skips where I started/ How do I fix this? I've tested other drawing apps and it does the same.

Did you download the driver on their website or on their CD? You should download the driver from their website.
