Idk why people say many rx-8's are mainstream in indonesia. I'm indonesia based but i've only seen like 7 rx-8 users, 3 of which are close friends, and i'm also one of those 7 aforementioned.
@Ken88 R32 is also a very much used car, but the king seems to be the Evo 9

I don't know man, in my place, Cebu, Philippines, people sure use mostly RX 7 FD and the RX 8. i think almost every player has at least 1 rx7 or rx8. Those cars are the kings in our place
The RX7 and RX8 are amazing for ghost and time attack, however battling is another matter since you're actually vsing someone that can make decisions on the fly.
That being said - stand alone they are amazing cars, just often overlooked because they are not PvP strong.

Ken Master so you're saying dress up parts have no effect on performance at all? How is their a best setup then? How can u prove yours is the "best"? If there's actually no effect then I'll just stick with my setup now, but I'm gonna say there is a difference, experienced it first hand

Ken Master oh I c, fair enough. Because I started playing in wmmt5dx, it was way way easier for me to unlock dress up parts as it was 3 per level. Good luck on your dress up with the evo and good luck to u too with the rx8, I'm definitely happy I chose the rx8
Ken Master I have a fully maxed Evo 9 both story and dress up shop. And I know wut u mean, I understand ur excitement. I suggest the aero kit E, rs+m performance line, carbon hood and trunk lid and no wing mods. But as u said in the evo 9 video, evo 9 is for expert drivers and I'm just not there yet skill wise to be able to make up for the slower cornering speed of the evo 9 compared to the rx8, especially when the rx8 is very competent as well when it comes to blocking. So I think I'm gonna main rx8 even when I do become an "expert" in the distant future. Altho I will drive it once in awhile

It does really have effect on car....i have s30z...without spoiler its handling and sliding is did cent but with wings its much harder to slide

rx8 got nerfed severely with the update that improved the acceleration of 4 speed cars.
Nowadays, 4 speed cars usually have great acceleration e.g. Aristo, SVX and Leopard but in turn, the rx8 became one of the worst in terms of acceleration x3
It's really noticeable when racing against a crown r32

my time for inward is currently 2' 53" 923 but i feel like i should try to get down to early 2' 53 and possibly just sub 2' 53, but dont have a outward time yet
would love to learn the course properly as everyone chooses c1 for vs battles

Hey Ted,
I'm not a great time attacker, so my lines and videos for TA would be wasted.
Your better off searching for SORA or any other TA times that are close to the WR, most courses im about 1-2 seconds of WR.
C1 is an amazing course to learn, it's typically where most of your skill will be founded on, and good on you for learning such a crucially difficult course!
The R34 is pretty good - the best R34 driver i know is IGOR, so probably search TFC Igor!
Another way to learn C1 is through battles with friends!

and yea im learning c1 cuz everyone is choosing c1 when they battle and so i didnt want to be bullied lol, so im trying to learn c1 as well
hopefully i'll be able to learn it properly soon, both inward and outward, atm i've only learned inward and havent started on outward yet
hey ken, its going pretty good, loving the r34 atm and do not regret at all switching over from the rx8, as akuma said in his review, the r34 handles amazingly despite the size
haha tbh i doubt theyre choosing c1 just bcuz im driving the r34, cuz even when i was driving the rx8 everyone was choosing c1, i guess its just a super popular course and i can see y bcuz it tests all the skills as a player (running, blocking, catching, dragging, and even the lines u take), but that being said, altho the r34 is bigger than the rx8, i really dont feel a difference at all, bcuz no course is unfairly tight, so imo car size doesnt really matter at all
haha thats cool, i wish i could say the same for c1, but hopefully i'll get there one day and i'll be able to win more, but even now im easily winning more than i am losing with the r34 on c1 bcuz i gave myself a discarded vehicle on a new card and so all i have is a c1 ranked r34 and ppl that see it prob think im an easy win.....but theyre wrong and in for a surprise, especially guest/noob fishers
haha, for new zealand its a lot easier, bcuz all the battles happen on either c1, kobe, hiroshima, osaka or hakone, so these r the only courses i need to practice

I know it's an old comment, but maybe don't play wmmt then if you don't like people blocking or ramming? There's no rule saying you cant, so what's stopping anyone from doing so? Not every racing game is a simulator.
