While I was playing evil nun 2 and noticed a photo of sister Madeline and Elisa that was interactible and it said that the photo was taken in Warsaw specifically at Elisa's grandparents house if they are Elisa's maternal grandparents that would make sister Madeline polish because Warsaw is in Poland
