I saw your cleaning out the van video. your heater under the bed, smart low to floor, does it vent outdoors, so condensation is not a problem, also what type of heating system is it, yes i have forgotten, hope things are doing well, enjoy the biking.
Thanks Frank. The heater is a Propex hs-2000. It's works similarly to the diesel heaters that are popular now but uses propane fuel. I'm going to keep striving for better health. I appreciate the encouragement. 👍👍
Yeah, that was a fun trip out to the Party-R and Skooliepalooza back in January. I should have recorded more, but I was just enjoying my vacation. I camped with the Step van group and in those 2 weeks, I got the itch for a walk in van. Well, you know the rest of the story.😄
I watched your video, starring Justin, using the stretchy thing just outside the van. I was motivated to go dig my stretchy thing out of storage. My days of making excuses are over, and videos like yours (all of them) will teach, inspire, and motivate me to keep working towards my best health. Thank you both. Good information. We got start eating right. We're diabetics and we know better. It can be hard living in a van,but just have to be creative. We are moving back in sticks and bricks for a minute or two. Hoping go back to vandweller part-time. I love our van we are selling it. Need something i can stand in. So not sure what we are getting. Nothing wrong with a step back to get to those two or more steps forward. Eating well can be challenging while living in a van. Less challenging when I decided the less healthy options were no longer options. Thanks for watching.
Yeah I know bro. About 4 months ago I had to take two weeks off to let my bruised wrist and ribs heal. I've kept the slightly bent brake lever as a reminder to stay within my limits. No more pushing too far for me. I'm going to let my skills grow naturally with my confidence and experience. 😁

I noticed a lot of them are overweight and seem unhealthy. A few do the half naked health thing but come across incredibly fake.
