This really helps inspire me to buy an ego bike which I’m already saving my money for and even modding it. Nothing crazy like yours because that is very complex but what your doing with just a electric bike is really cool

I seen the triple trees start to vibrate just as you backed off. Speed wobbles aren't fun. I'd check the steering bearing preload. I would check what kind of wheel bearings are in the front and replace them with some quality SKF units if needed. Sweet build
Looks better with the sleeve but, I would remove that sleeve as those phase wires need cool air as they can get hot! Also they shouldn't touch as much as possible to allow air to keep them cooler.

We're investigating it now...may be a tire balance issue, something loose in the forks, etc. Will do a follow up video. But that definitely needs to be solved before we do another top speed test.

Yup! We removed it in the video after this one. There's also 3D printed spacers separating the wires now.

How much was the power conversion to 72v in total?
Assuming 2 x 12.0 Ah batteries did not suffice for the 10kw motor, any guess what output those batteries would comfortably handle?
The 56v EGO batteries would only be a good match for the stock 1000w EGO motor.
