I have to say its no better here in Australia. The cost of living is crazy. Its about impossible to affort to buy and house and rent is so expensive. We bought our house is 2001 for $125,000, now its worth nearly $800,000 and its tiny. And its in little Adelaide, not Sydney. I stayed at home and looked after our kids, no way you can afford to do that now and buy a house.
I worked as a groom tech for six months, and i absolutely hated it! I had anxiety attacks, was almost bitten several times, slammed into walls, kennels, doors by large, powerful dogs, and was at times terrified by these animals. My boss was toxic, the atmosphere was toxic, and i had to leave for my well being. After my last job, which was horrible i have been on a steam train into the very bowels of hell searching for a job. It has been nine months. I would not wish this on my worst enemy.
I want to be a professional pet groomer and I want to go the route of owning my own mobile grooming because once you have that you can choose the pets to work with the good dogs that can handle baths and or grooming , some groomers only take dogs 45lbs and under, and that’s a little much but that’s an option lol that’s my goal to own my own mobile and schedule and prices and I won’t have to work under another cooperation lol :)
I would like to see more haul videos. Groceries, random shopping. Also cleaning, declutter, organizing. A video on how you budget would be interesting to see.

Hi! My work schedule changes every week i work 7 am to 4 pm one week the next week i do 12 pm to 8 pm then it alternates i work 8 am to 6 pm on my weekend i work every 3rd weekend. But i get it i work full time and so does my hubby but it seems like its harder and harder to afford anything anymore. Groceries are too expensive even for 2 people and a dog. We own a trailer but we still have to pay lot rent and utilites water is included with the lot rent but still its not easy.

On the home ownership note, have you ever considered a manufactured home? We were also renting and never thought we could buy a home, but our manufactured home (lot rent and mortgage) is cheaper than renting a home near us, and is the same size 😂 we're a family of 6 people and 5 cats. My political thoughts may or may not be very popular but who gives a shit. We have the freedom to think and say what we want. That said, I think Biden is a horrible president. We’re spending all of this money on wars that we really don’t belong in while our own citizens are getting royally fucked every hour, on the hour. Housing has gotten insanely high while wages basically stay the same. I live in Arizona. The average rent here is $1,600/month. Most apartment communities require tenants to make 2.5-3 times the rent before they’ll even look at your application. I know of a couple that require 4 times the rent. There’s one in Scottsdale, one of the most expensive areas in the state, that does. Their smallest apartment is a 600 sf studio and it’s $1,950/month. Their 3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhomes are $3,250/month. They what you to make 4 times the rent. For the studio you have make basically $8k per month. For the townhome it’s $13k. Who the fuck makes that much? I know I don’t. And they don’t even have half of their units occupied. If I was making that much I wouldn’t be renting. No ma’am. I’d buy a house with a big ass lot. Meanwhile we have more people becoming homeless by the hundreds daily because they can no longer afford housing which is sad and gross. We have money for wars and illegals to come here and get everything handed to them yet we can’t take care of our own people. We’re sending billions of dollars to Ukraine while we have vets on the streets still battling PTSD and any other disabilities they have. I think we need to fire all of our politicians and start over fresh. And do whatever is necessary to not repeat the disgusting mistakes we’ve made as a country. Far too many politicians are making much more money than their day jobs give them. And you know they’re not always getting that money in good ways. We have term limits for presidents. Why don’t we have them for congress? Deploy term limits and see how fast shit changes.

Biden is too old for the job. Trump is too polarizing. RFK Jr is running on the independent ticket and I wish more ppl educate themselves on his campaign and his stance on the big issues.

I just hope enough ppl get sick of the 2 options the media is cramming down our throats and say we deserve better, and make enough noise to get Kennedy on every ballot. Early polls show that if Kennedy is on the ballot, he beats Biden in a landslide, and also can likely beat Trump with a smaller margin. It’s just getting the public to realize there is another option.

Hi! My work schedule changes every week i work 7 am to 4 pm one week the next week i do 12 pm to 8 pm then it alternates i work 8 am to 6 pm on my weekend i work every 3rd weekend. But i get it i work full time and so does my hubby but it seems like its harder and harder to afford anything anymore. Groceries are too expensive even for 2 people and a dog. We own a trailer but we still have to pay lot rent and utilites water is included with the lot rent but still its not easy.
Yeah its super hard to live right now. Idk how large families are affording it!

On the home ownership note, have you ever considered a manufactured home? We were also renting and never thought we could buy a home, but our manufactured home (lot rent and mortgage) is cheaper than renting a home near us, and is the same size 😂 we're a family of 6 people and 5 cats. My political thoughts may or may not be very popular but who gives a shit. We have the freedom to think and say what we want. That said, I think Biden is a horrible president. We’re spending all of this money on wars that we really don’t belong in while our own citizens are getting royally fucked every hour, on the hour. Housing has gotten insanely high while wages basically stay the same. I live in Arizona. The average rent here is $1,600/month. Most apartment communities require tenants to make 2.5-3 times the rent before they’ll even look at your application. I know of a couple that require 4 times the rent. There’s one in Scottsdale, one of the most expensive areas in the state, that does. Their smallest apartment is a 600 sf studio and it’s $1,950/month. Their 3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhomes are $3,250/month. They what you to make 4 times the rent. For the studio you have make basically $8k per month. For the townhome it’s $13k. Who the fuck makes that much? I know I don’t. And they don’t even have half of their units occupied. If I was making that much I wouldn’t be renting. No ma’am. I’d buy a house with a big ass lot. Meanwhile we have more people becoming homeless by the hundreds daily because they can no longer afford housing which is sad and gross. We have money for wars and illegals to come here and get everything handed to them yet we can’t take care of our own people. We’re sending billions of dollars to Ukraine while we have vets on the streets still battling PTSD and any other disabilities they have. I think we need to fire all of our politicians and start over fresh. And do whatever is necessary to not repeat the disgusting mistakes we’ve made as a country. Far too many politicians are making much more money than their day jobs give them. And you know they’re not always getting that money in good ways. We have term limits for presidents. Why don’t we have them for congress? Deploy term limits and see how fast shit changes.
I agree with literally everything you said. Biden is absolutely HORRIBLE for this country and he's a terrible president. With an overall approval rating of 37%, your opinion is definitely not unpopular! A fresh start is what this country needs. The government was founded so they work for US! Now we're working for them, lining their pockets while we go hungry, our vets are dying. The border crisis makes me so violently mad I can't even talk about it without my blood boiling. The fact that Biden thought it was okay to just undo everything Trump set in place and allow them to come in by the MILLIONS makes me sick. The illegals live better here than we do! That's a problem. Our payroll tax has skyrocketed, housing, groceries, gas, and like you said our wages aren't going up. They're raising prices and taking more out of our paycheck than ever before. In Michigan, you have to make 187k a YEAR now just to be COMFORTABLE. That's a problem. The American Dream is dead all thanks to the Biden administration.
