I have a Pride Jazzy Select GT unit. I have brand new batteries fully charged in it. I have tested the joystick on a friend's chair and it works perfectly. It will NOT come on when its hooked up on mine. I DO have 25.5volts AT the joystick, I have also tried a different controller box to no avail. Any suggestions? Thank you.

I have power but lights are flashing

Count how many times the lights flash. Once you have that number, do a quick Google search and type in the chair make and model as well as how many flashes it gave. That will come up what the error code is for that chair, then you can call us and let us know what the code is and we can assist you from there. Hope this helps!
