personally from my opinion i do at least prefer a little survivability that being orb pick up grants woven mail that's just me thoughive ran as well a diff amount of exotics I do like your idea and I need to try chromatic fire myself
I agree. This is just something I put together quicky. Feel free to change it to best fit your playstyle. Chromatic and outbreak are cool but not really something I would use a lot. But it does have potential.
