I love my yorkiepoo. I am a 1st time fur mommy and it has been nothing but amazing. Very smart fellow. Loves everyone. He has been with me since April and I can't imagine him not being there at the end if my day.
I recently lost a beloved Yorkipoo after a long life (he made to almost 17). He had the Yorkie temperament and poodle intelligence, which made him quite a handful, but OK since he was only a 5-pound handful. As I was warned by my friend who owned his father and his grandmother, "Don't get into a contest of wills with them. It's human intelligence vs. near-human intelligence plus super-human tenacity, and you might not win." I now have a rescue Yorkipoo who has the super-affectionate temperament you describe, along with pretty acute separation anxiety. Everybody loves her, but she doesn't cope well left alone--prolonged barking and crying, indiscriminate peeing. Fortunately a second dog (a rescue Shih Tzu) has been a help with this.
I have lived with our Yorkie-Poodle for the past ten years and that has been a wonderful and incredible experience. Your description of the breed is right on accurate. Our Yorkie is extremely intelligent and tends to manage her parents. She wants to go to bed at 7:30 PM and no one gets to sleep past 6:00 AM. When she wants something she gives us "the look" and cannot be redirected until we figure out what she wants. In the late afternoon if her Mom and Dad are not both in the living room, she comes to get the missing parent. She will not eat alone. I must be there with her for eating to happen. If she sees that her Mom is getting ready to wash Chloe's face she runs to the top of the stairs where her Mom cannot get to her. Our lives revolve around our little dog.
We are caring for a Yorkipoo pup while her family are away. She had to be shipped to us and was so happy to be out of the crate. Except for the barking, she's lovely and we may not give her back. 🙂
Everywhere I’ve checked they are starting at 1300 and up! I finally found a lady in Louisiana( I live in Dallas so I’ll be driving to get him) who breeds them and she’s charging me 800 for a boy girls are 1000. I agree that peop are really getting over by charging so much when all we want is to give a pup a loving home. I’m looking forward to my baby though. He was born on 3/25/21 and his name will be Reign. I have a husky named Apollo and a pit named Storm. Apollo is 4 yrs Storm is 4 months. She and Apollo get along great and I love how Apollo, the husky, took on papa roll and takes care of her.
We have 2 Yorkie-poo sisters from the same litter. Our first set of sisters lived almost 16 years. Hoping to get the same milage from these 2 beauties. Amazing breed.

my dog being over loving got her attacked by a pitbull & we had to put her down 3/16 my heart is so broken. she was a caramel yorkie poo, had a great personality & was literally a sister to me. I had her for 8 years. she was my rock man. 😭💔 these dogs 10/10
I have a 10 mo old Yorkiepoo and I think she is terrific. She was easy to pee pad train and also kennel train. The only problem I’ve had is car sickness. I’m at home and alone so she fits right in.
My yorkie poo also has some terrier mix from mom and dad was a miniature poodle..he's a little larger but wonderful dog..he uses my bath tub for his potty pad which is fine by me. Snicker Doodle is his name

Arby's was her favorite; knew when we went to the drive thru; went ballistic; lol! If you don't have one, get one now; you'll never regret it! So help me God; left hand on the Bible!
My family has a cute lil Yorkipoo named Yoshi who is a little older than 1 year old and he is only 6 lbs and he is so cute ☺️ His head is mostly grey but his body is mostly black. He is so playful and he loves car rides. Once a large dog just randomly picked him up by his neck and started clinging him around which was scary but yeah I love him 😍 he is kinda stinky tho

It's just the demand for small breeds in general. Since Covid so many people are getting puppies sky rocketing the market value for them. I ended up looking for a YorkiPoo and the cheapest was $2300. Good luck. I will say it's worth it the second you physically see or hold one.

We were blessed with adopting our yorkiepoo at 10 months from our cny humane association. He is now 3 and the light of our life.the owner who surrendered him said they hadn't the time or patience. The only issue we have had is his fear of strangers esp. males once he knows you he's fine am sure there was a lack of socialisization in the beginning. but we love him so ..smart and affectionate affectionate ! .
I have an all black 2 year old. He. NEVER barks. A from night one he was crate trained and was quickly potty trained. He does play too much, but he’s also very very intelligent! Best dog for apartment life
I had one when I was a child. They are very affectionate, small & loyal. Mine had a white coat & ears color caramel. Also she was very small but healthy & strong. My parents got her a 4 months old.
