Pretty cool! I'll probably have to get one, because I suspect they won't be much more for this nice board than for the cheap ones on eBay, so I may as well go for the nice one!
Ah man I should've bought this instead of the 3x NodeMCU's I just bought. Better support for Rust compilation on esp32 apparently. Anybody have experience compiling for these chips?
The current listing in the store is a place holder only, because they are just coming off the assembly line now. That "outofstock" moniker will change once they get them all produced, tested, and physically on the stocking shelves.
All wifi chips heat up with wifi enabled, but the C3 heats up less than any other wifi chip, which makes it great for temperature-sensing applications. BT does not generate any heat that I can tell.
Yes!! Can't wait to buy this. I've been waiting for this moment for a while now.
What would you do with it? i am not sure i understand the differences between all these models

Oh that’s super interesting. Would love to get my hands on a risc-v chip.
Don't have an ARM processor yet?
Oops: 5 V! Risc-V. Neato didn't realize this was Risc-v until this comment.
Thank you.
How much would this cost??

So does the USB instantiate as a COM port, or as a JTAG/SWD debugger, or both?
Are you expecting to get the ESP32-S2 QY Py back in stock? They've been unavailable for some time.
