Hi Karen! Dalyan is really hard to resist isn't it! We can't wait to share all of the fun stuff we did while here. If you could subscribe it would really help us and we have so much Dalyan food, people and places coming up that you don't want to miss.
the area in and around dalyan is actually pretty popular amongst expats especially from the uk thats probably why many people there speak english. hope you have an amazing time in turkey and get to experience some of our hospitality.
Yes! It didn't take us being in Dalyan long to learn that Dalyan is very popular with UK expats and vacationers, and for good reason! The hospitality of the Turkish people has been so wonderful and they've been so patient with our terrible attempts to speak a few words of Turkish too 😂
Hey guys, Thanks for some interesting footage on Dalyan. Just a little bit of feedback if may. When doing your editing, your music is super loud and your audio for voice when your speaking about certain topics is too low. However thoroughly enjoyed the vid. Thanks
Hi Saif, Thanks for watching. We are aware of the sound issues. Several people have pointed this out to us and we are working diligently on correcting this. We are new to the whole filming and editing routine and learning things the hard way. We hope that we have this issue corrected as of our release this coming Saturday. If you could keep an eye out for that video and offer some more feedback we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to help us get better
Thanks for the valuable feedback Pat! We apologize as we have heard this before and we’re very new to filming and editing and working on getting this sorted out. Thanks for watching!
Loved your Dalyan video. One suggestion, if you can lower the volume of music. The speech was at a very low volume and then the music comes on blasting. Thanks 👍
Hi kiqbal00, thanks for watching. Your suggestion is duly noted. Some of our early videos had this issue, because we really didn’t know any better. We are brand new to the filming and editing routine. Many helpful suggestions such as yours has helped us correct this (we hope). Check out some of our latest videos and let us know if we have improved on it
Hi Erba. Yes we're aware & sorry about that. We're still learning about making the videos and when me made this one we hadn't figured out the sound balancing yet. We've corrected it in our more recent videos!
Yes, and we find that it does not work to try and say things in English louder and slower. We learned some Turkish and are able to manage. And the Turkish people have been very patient with us while we butcher their beautiful language
Hello! Thanks so much for the comment! We have watched your amazing videos about this area since before we arrived, thanks for helping everyone see this beautiful part of the world. Yes, the people here rely on tourist dollars and their efforts with English are just one part of the amazing hospitality they offer.
Niye kendi dilinizde iletişim kurmayı bekliyorsunuz her zaman?
Hi e k, Thanks for watching. We have not suggested in any of our videos that the people of other countries should speak English. We only mentioned where it was more common in some areas as opposed to others and that we did have a hard time communicating in some instances. None of this implies that we feel that other countries should speak English. We try to learn some of the local language of every country we go to, but we certainly are not fluent and would have no way of having a conversation with someone in Turkish or any other language. Luckily for us, the Turkish people were extremely patient and kind when dealing with us.
Hi Tootz. Not a lack of consideration, more a lack of experience. We are quite new to making these videos and didn't have the sound regulation figured out until recently. We finally have it figured out but can't go back and change the older videos.
Hi tootz, We really don't think we began to get a handle on this until the Lake Köycegiz video. We had several comments about this issue on multiple videos leading up to that one, with all of them being constructive criticism until yours. Have a look at anything from Köycegiz and after if you would like and offer some more feedback. We want to be better at this.
Love, love, love Dalyan. A little piece of paradise. So glad you guys are loving it too 😊

Great video thank you. We are moving to Dalyan from Malta in 2022 as we bought a house there. We love the place and the poeple.
Thanks Doreen! Dalyan is a very uniquely special place. We hope to come back one day. Best of luck with the move!

I came to Dalyan in 2019 for 2 nights the next year I rented an apartment for 18 months. ❤ DALYAN and there's always more to explore.
Hi Elaine! Thanks for watching! Exactly how we felt, we meant to stay a month and ended up staying for 2. We hope to be back again someday.
Love Dalyan I loved your video but can I say the music is far to loud had to keep turning the volume up and down.
Thanks for the valuable feedback Pat! We apologize as we have heard this before and we’re very new to filming and editing and working on getting this sorted out. Thanks for watching!
Really liked this video about Dalyan
Maybe next videos try to put the volume of the music a bit down. Volume of voices is ok, but music too loud
Thanks for watching Rene! We're new to filming and editing so we're working on getting this right in the future.
Loved your Dalyan video.

No one has said anything about it, but I think you really look refreshed (and a little red lol) after the shave.^^
Thanks Darkangel, one of the best experiences I have ever had at a barber. Even if he did light something on fire and slap it at my face😅
Nice
Thanks! Dalyan is such a great place, we love it.
You are so sweet, thank you
Thank you! We loved Dalyan so much.
Doesn't take long for people to get Dalyanised. I think it took about 4 hours on our first visit that we'd be going back.
Thanks for watching Clair! It didn't take us long either, such a charming place 😍
The music volume is way to high.
Hi Erba. Yes we're aware & sorry about that. We're still learning about making the videos and when me made this one we hadn't figured out the sound balancing yet. We've corrected it in our more recent videos!
what do you guys do when nobody is english speaking , do you find it hard ?
Yes, and we find that it does not work to try and say things in English louder and slower. We learned some Turkish and are able to manage. And the Turkish people have been very patient with us while we butcher their beautiful language
Welcome to Turkey! Where people can make money off tourism you will find Englisch.

Stopped watching, thumbs down. No consideration for people with earphones at all. quiet voices then bam...really loud music. Won't watch another.

@@PureDetour Okay. Sorry my criticism wasn't 'constructive'. I'd just had my ears blasted and it hurt like hell.
Nice
