- In the episode, we show you what you get on the full english breakfast in Kordon Restaurant, situated next to the River Dalyan
We then stumble across O Filos, which serves Turkish Craft Beer. We take some time out to sample some of the fine ales here.
Our next stop is Cherry Takeaway and Patisserie, where JAcqui samples her first ever Turkish Pide.
We also come across a van serving deep fried donuts for free.
Then, as the trip comes to a close, we take some time to review our holiday. We rate the Villa Dolunay Apart Hotel, Dalyan as a holiday destination and picking out our holiday highlights.

Been to Dalyan twice, last time was about 8 years ago. Now watching this just to get a kick , Dalyanitis is real..
It is a lovely place and quite a unique holiday destination too. We'd definitely consider going back of the right kind if deal came up again.
Thanks for sharing your adventure I've enjoyed every minute of it and would like to try Dalyan myself one day. Look forward to watching your next adventure thanks again take care.
Thank you Richard, great to hear you've enjoyed them as much. We always get a bit nervous when it's a new destination so this is good to hear.
We'd highly recommend Dalyan to you.
Lovely videos, I've been going to Dalyan for over 20 years and seen many changes. On a side note the doughnuts you had are handed out by relatives to commemorate a family member who died 40 days previously (I think its 40 days).
Yeah we found out on our last day, I think it was later that day actually. One of the staff in Tapa told us.
Pleased you enjoyed the videos too 😊
Thanks for the lovely comments.
When I die I want my ashes scattered on the Dalyan River. Dalyan is definitely my special place, especially the Kilim Hotel. Thank you both for your honest review. x
Thank you Yvonne. There are certainly worde places you could have your ashes scattered. I hope we did Dalyan justice.
Last September my husband was scattered in the river ,we had a lovely family service on a boat, very sad.But we carried on to have a lovely day celebrating his life and love of Dalyan.
@Gillby47 aww sorry to here of your husbands passing 😪
Good that you got to spend it in a special place for you both though.
Sorry to hear your sad news but what a lovely send off for your husband. x
Crikey Jaxter! You inhaled that pidet! Thanks for this series of videos. It's given us a lot of ideas for our 10 year anniversary in Dalyan in June. Many many thanks x🎉

@@continentalcoxons 😀
I always go Kordons for fry up they have the nicest sausages and their mushrooms always seem tastier than others. eggs always cooked just right…Ali and the lads are very friendly
It was a pretty good breakfast for sure. To be honest, we don't usually do full english breakfasts on holiday but we know people do live them, which is why we thought we'd feature one for a change. It was darn good for sure.
You did!!! That’s normal for Dalyan. You will fall in love with this place ❤😊
We'd definitely go back
Just finished watching. It really gets to me. We went there 8 times I think and also made some friends in Dalyan. So many memories came up ❤. Last visit was 10 years ago because we got
Ps: leg off lamb at Tempsi ❤ amd visit gelgor for fish. Mehmet Ali is a great cook 👨🍳.
Dalyano 4 drinks :)
Market in Ortaça on Wednesday
Koycegiz lake and market also nice
Try to find locals that have a small boat and go with them ;) (same price but so much extra and more private)
@user-yr2mx9mn1j aww thank you, that's a lovely comment to read. Lovely to hear our video touched you emotionally in some way
Nice Vlog and nice couple 🧿 This what you eat for free we called „Lokma“ it is for free because when somebodys family member was died and after a year the family spent this „Lokma“ for the person what is dieds soul and who take it wish the died persons soul peace from God„ Allah rahmet eylesin“
Sorry bit long 😁🙈
Thank you for the lovely comments Yildrim, pleased you enjoyed it. We found out about thebLokma that evening off a staff member in one of the restaurants. Was good to see something like that
Looked a great holiday (bar the road incident) - Did your room have a safe?
Thank you Chris, yeah it was a great holiday. Lovely place for a holiday and can highly recommend.
I can't remember the room having a safe, I think we would've mentioned it in the room tour. They might have had them in the reception.
Visit golbasi 4 breakfast (Turkish;)
If we get back we will make a note of that
Dalyanitus is is a real thing,I often warn people about it.Once you catch it you suffer from it for life.Happily.😀 Pide food of the gods.
It is a lovely place, very welcoming and a vut different to your normal holiday destination.
i walked up to the kaunos ruins in 1992, it was free then, no entrance gate or anything. I recently saw a video and a lady was paying to enter, we had none of that.
Yeah I can imagine they didn't back then. Anything to make money I guess. Have you been back since 92?
no not been back to Turkey since. I travelled up to Istanbul and back down to Dalyan. Been on many other holidays since to other places. Dalyan was small and quaint back then, I bet there has been some building since I was there.@@continentalcoxons
There would have been, although I can't compare as only been this once time. Bet there's a lot more people going nowadays too.
Donuts are given free by families to honour the dead relative! They called lokma
Thank you. Yes we found out later that day when we asked someone in one of the restaurants. Thank you for informing us though, much appreciated 😊
is O Filo on road to Your hotel
No it was on the same road as Retro Bar and Fry Box. It's only one road over I think though. Worth a look though.
I don't understand this pleasure for the wife's chewing food with open mouth. Nice videos.
Don't worry, she thought the same thing when she watched it and never realised she did it
I give a hate comment and you replay with kind. Good people.@@continentalcoxons
