Sometimes though I do think the mascots take it too far when you go out to a basketball game nobody's expecting to be covered in chocolate cake or have the $16.00 beer they just bought be covered in silly string making it undrinkable messing with people to an extent is fine but going as far as to destroy people's personal property with seemingly no consequence just embolden the mascot (s) to keep pushing the envelope

@@lukek5303 so what you're saying is you believe that the NBA stadium is going to waste a seat and not make money off of it and in addition pay somebody to sit in that seat that they're not making money off of just to have a 5-minute skit with a mascot instead of the mascot just interacting with actual attendees of the game for what you are suggesting to be true that would mean that every time a mascot interacts with anybody at a game they're all paid actors with a script which is just blatantly not true and if you have any proof that it is then feel free to enlighten me
@TwoStacks217 Lol, that is exactly what they do. When I was in college, I was working part time for the events committee and we would pay people to attend games wearing the other school's merchandise just so our mascot can cause havoc on them like that. That was a college doing that. Now imagine a multi million dollar professional sports team and what their budget is to add extra entertainment to their events. 🤣
