Swirl flow or whirl flow means proper mixing of hot and cold water near heating elemnt water is hot and hot water due to low density goes up and cold water goes down since outket pipe is at bottom geyser requires proper mixing , it us done by creating a swirl at inlet paani ko gool ghomake milana hot waterke saath.

When service person tried to install new coil it started leaking water. Now by and large working geyser got spoiled because of trying to service it☹. I have to buy new one now, don't know how long it would have lasted without service.🤔
