Char Griller - My initial first go at BBQ

I can knock out some killer chicken and vegetables on a gas grill, but l want to try and get BBQing down. Love me some good BBQ, but never really tried cooking it on my own. I have to say my wife keeps me alive with her great cooking and I love her for that. Since moving to the Carolina's I notice everywhere I go there are BBQ pits all over the place. You can see them adorning most everyone's backyard or even front yards like a proud monument.
Since we never took our other grill when we moved, I opted to pick up this little grill to hold us over while saving for something bigger and better. Plus, after watching many video, I now want to really hone in my skills.
