- It was a pleasure to meet these kind folks and tour their beautiful creation! Can you believe this was built with a camper trailer? It's almost hard to tell. The interior really spoke to me as this spontaneous walk through unfolded. What was your favorite part?!

Outside, wow that looks cool. Inside, wow, are they blind.
Definitely
That residential sofa is soooooo much more comfortable and livable than a tiny $150,000 B van with a cassette toilet, a miniature fridge, a 1 burner cooktop and nothing more than an uncomfortable backbreaking dinette for seating😂
beautiful vehicle, shame you're a lousy cameraman.
I give you some advice: you should focus a little less on yourself and much more on the protagonist of the video, the vehicle.
I didn't know that 6x6 expedition vehicles were at this advanced level in the USA. 😍😍👋👋👋👋👋👋
When he said the interior was stylish I was pulling 'that' face. I'm sorry but that interior is as ugly as sin. The saying "less is more" comes to mind.
beautiful vehicle,
too bad you are a terrible cameraman.
All those trucks, where built in my home town of Sealy, Texas by Stevard and Stevenson back in the 90 and early 2000.
What ever happened to Julie???
Have anyone seen a more detailed tour of this rig? Especially the dinette, and the balcony should been given more focus. What a sick build.
Complete work of Art!
Amazingly cool. What creativity. 😂❤❤😂
Another great video! Thank you for the mention! Keep up the great work buddy!
Exelente......
Absolutely amazing. It is beautiful inside. You can live in this camper all year.

That interior looks like the cabin my Uncle Hunting owned in the 50s.
Being a Texan, I could live in it, but my Yankee wife would never accept it.
Wonder what camper trailer they cut down to make that box out of?
Far too big for overlanding. The small size was the big advantage of mine when traveling "Volvo Laplander Camper"
VERY NICE❤❤❤
How do they keep all that stuff from rattling apart or falling off the walls.
That rig looks like it’s built to show. But will it go … off-road. I wonder how well that interior would survive the serious off-road that the chassis can handle. Looks like a lot of cool stuff to fall apart under stress.
It is fine. Beauty can still handle off-roads
It seems built to handle mild off-roading super well, so it’s not a struggle to get where you’re going. I wouldn’t personally be doing any crazy trails in that thing but it would probably hold up
@@TDOGGisawsome the body is basically a camper trailer. How many production camper trailers are built for serious off-road overlanding. How many slide outs are built for that kind of abuse. It’s a show home, designed to be displayed at overlanding expos. Eye candy!
@@HogTide_Rising yeah.. I said it’s probably good for medium off-roading but it would probably hold up to a harder trail. Didn’t say it would hold up perfectly. Construction is solid and custom so it’s better than just a normal trailer
@@HogTide_RisingYea, but so much more livable and comfortable than some tiny B van with a cassette toilet and a hard bench seat😂
Very nice!, but like the interior on the one for sale on bring a trailer today
Gorgeous western interior work!! Very well done and thought out!
What's the link to their webpage/RUclips?
That rig was off the hook cool!
Insane build .wow
Wow what a beautiful rig
That is the Mobbest rig ever!
I can remember the tile work. Awesome
Yeah, we saw/toured that rig. It was awesome.
Wow the out side is my dream truck inside not my tast but u do u
Super keren 👍
Lol
Love it Phil.
I am glad you did not video all the scratches..
I am missing some silverware though, can you bring that back to me please? 😂
Amazing! beautiful. greetings from Poland ❤💛💛
I really liked the rooms distribuition and storage space, but the interior design isn't what I would call beautiful.
Beautiful Rig!
Con lo que cuesta ese camper te conviene comprar un hotel en cada lugar a donde vayas...
Great tour, how come you didn't do a tour of Mike's new rig from Deive the Globe? 🤔
thats incredibly bespoke! amazing. imagine life on the road for months on end in that rig WOW
I like this but I don't like washing machine in bedroom
It's Very 😮 Fabulous Amazing
Phil great vid what an overland truck Holly Cow
Ooooh my Gosh, Amazing camper trailer
Really cool! All that decor probably adds some weight. Can you say "10 gallons per mile..."? As long as you're gonna add all that stuff, why not include a woodstove? So cozy!
My ford expedition, run 8.5 miles per gallon and it doesn't have anything even add,
How is the gas and registration.
I think we just seen you in KY!!! Unless there’s another one
Hello Jacqueline!
@@westernranger3034 haha! I was able to snap a picture right at the intersection by the Buc’ees. I had to do a RUclips search right away! So cool!
I saw it last year, said the camper shell was a wrecked 5th wheel.
Badass doesn't describe it love it
🌽
This is just bragging
35 miles to the gallon?
That's the mack daddy
maravilha de motorhome
Good morning Phil 😊
You have a cool rig as well!
Awesome! Very creative!😊
Love the interior
That was so cool
I Love it 😮
Way cool !
where have I seen that ceiling before?
A saloon in any cowboy movie
@@SPPTA nah I mean I literally seen the same ceiling, or something that closely resembles It, in another expedition vehicle
2003, after a half-century of make-do camping in lesser rigs, we built our ExpeditionVehicle.
No slides, minimal electric and plumbing.
Maximum resilience, maximum bashability, crusty and rusty, faded and jaded and bent.
Two decades full-time live-aboard.
Summers up rough logger tracks to remote mountain lakes.
Winters on isolated Baja beaches.
We somehow managed to accumulate plenty of 'pin-stripes' from branches, boulders, low-hanging aircraft.
.
Opinion:
I think -- for me -- today's video represents a fabulous early entry into camping... designed by somebody primarily interested in being safe, being inside and comfortable.
I think this's a rig for shows and impressing the straights, built to illustrate the ability to duplicate a stand-still house in a vehicle.
And there is nothing wrong with that.
.
I am especially intrigued by their 14,649cf fridge-slash-freezer with room for years of left-overs...
No it appeals to those who appreciate glamping and still going off-road. The two can and shall meet
@@hmmm2564 but you’re still saying can and shall, not can and have. So I guess the future will either prove or disprove what is still a theory.

Shall we go?
@@HogTide_Rising shall has Several meanings including:
(in laws, directives, etc.) must; is or are obliged to:
The meetings of the council shall be public
@@hmmm2564 you’re arguing semantics and usually when people try to base their argument on semantics, it’s because that’s all they have. Shall still pertains to the future. When you can talk about past off-road adventures in Utah, Arizona or Baja perhaps you will then have the experience to prove me wrong. Until then, a lot of show and maybe, only maybe some off-road overland go. I’m curious to see how those slide outs hold up in the backcountry.
That vehicle cannot do any expedition.
