Child Pred Gets Caught in Front of His Parents

  • What are the consequences of misusing AI to generate content such as p*rnography, particularly involving c*ildren? A Florida residence came under police scrutiny after a cyber tip was received from the National Center for Missing & Exploited C*ildren regarding 18 questionable images uploaded to Medialab-KIK from its computer. Upon firsthand review by the deputies, all of these images were classified as c*ild p*rnography, prompting the issuance of a search warrant for the residence linked to the IP address provided by Comcast Cable. The subscription was registered to a woman named Paula. What the police were about to uncover, however, was far more disturbing. While they were being questioned, at least five SWAT officers waited in the car, guns at the ready, in case the suspect attempted to escape. The mission, however, was to bring them and the evidence back in one piece. The moment the officer mentioned c*ild p*rnography, Phillip's body language shifted entirely. The email ID which Phillip gave the officers corresponded to the email ID that had been tracked since the past few days, but there were still many questions that needed to be answered. It was now Phillip’s turn, and he was about to tell the officer some very disturbing things. The interrogation was just getting started, as the officers were going to ask Phillip a series of detailed questions, including describing a scene from the c*ild p*rnography. Throughout the conversation, it was clear how nerve-wracked Phillip was, as if he had been caught off guard. The next question would unsettle him even more. Upon accessing the computer, the police found AI-generated animated videos of c*ildren involved in s*xual activities, some of which appeared almost lifelike. Based on the evidence, an arrest warrant was issued for Phillip, who was located at the theatre about a month later. Phillip’s father was also present at the scene and had a breakdown after Phillip was placed inside the police unit. It’s heartbreaking to see his father having a breakdown. People often fail to realize how much pain their actions can cause their loved ones. His parents will have to live with that pain for the rest of their lives. Phillip was charged with 20 counts of knowingly possessing c*ild p*rnography, and his bond was set at $30,000.

sad for them but i seriously hope Philip feels that embarrassment or feels judged for a long time. emotional pain in exchange for acting on some a.i. life-like child-INFANT p** acts is still not enough, I geniunely believe that it is "only a.i." generated because he simply did not have access to real videos. I pray he gets help and doesn't act on any urges again, and i sincerly hope that the parents can heal and be recognized for no involvement. I do however hope the son in law can learn some self control against extreme violence against his elderly father-in-law who was victimized by the humiliation of his defensive and disgusting son. also, it is not the movie theatres fault, i hope that their business is not negatively affected. these acts and urges are super controllable (and/or treatable) which makes them all the more horrible. i apologize for the excessive reply - it is not meant to criticize your comment either, i just have a lot to say and decided to get it all out at once ig

Yeah dad was saying all the right things but once shit actually went down it seemed like he was more upset with how his son in law reacted vs what his biological son was doing. I realize he's a senior citizen that was a victim of assault but it really makes me wonder just what exactly made the son in law react that way? If he has kids himself and pops was defending his pedophile son I'd imagine that wouldn't sit to well with any father. Sadly in the end it seemed like all dad cared about was how soon he could bail his son out and making sure he didn't receive the beat down that he desperately needs and deserves 🤷🏻‍♂️ Sad situation all around

@@wilcoxcmc I know. They wouldn't have been there otherwise. How do you think they knew he was exchanging messages with someone else on a messaging application? Do you think some random guy that was trading CP online just decided to give a tip to the police?
The whole thing is an obvious set-up. They brought the media to an arrest. They posed for the media. They got him on a basically nothing law because they couldn't charge him with distro of CP. This guy sent a link to an agent on Kik in a chat room they're probably running themselves anyway. Then because they didn't have a real charge they used a very loose definition of the "obscenity" federal law to charge him for having DRAWNINGS.
As a service provider I am very familiar with that law. As long as something as "artistic or scientific value" it's legal to posses. This is why drawings of all matter of nasty shit litter the internet. Because it's safer for everyone is a few weridos jack off to drawings of anime girls than it is for us to have a blanket ban on different types of data. What he had on his HDD and phone obviously didn't qualify as CSAM. If it did they would have charged him with possession of CP.
Who do you think is posing all that crap on the internet anyway? Who do you think catalogs and maintains a large database of such material? Hint: It's the same federal agents half the idiots in this comment section are praising for their "good work".
How come some loser in his parents house is having the book thrown at him when rich people who have been caught multiple times abusing real children have a blind eye turned to them over and over again?
The feds do not care about children. They care about having a way to frame innocent people by slipping "illegal data" on their devices. They care about having a way to take down any website/web service they want by uploading that kind of data to it. Which they do all of the time. Any one that has run a web forum can tell you the horror stories. The waves of CP spam always comes from the same handful of IP addresses and if you trace them they're always from the Government's IP blocks.
Even if he was a monster producing that kind of garbage you're presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. There is absolutely NO excuse for the police bringing the local media to an arrest and doing it at his place of work. His life has already been destroyed (and the lives of his parents) in the court of public opinion before he was given a chance to defend himself. That's why this scam the feds are running works so well. They say the world CP and you and everyone else assume the guy is a sick fuck. When we've had hundreds of cases over the years where they used this to frame someone that knew too much or refused to go along with something they wanted (like giving them access to user information on an encrypted web server).
The praise for these police officers is sickening. It should bother you down to your core. They're as much a monster as any kiddie diddler ever was. At best they're robots "simply following orders" and stupid as a bag of hammer. At worse they're actively destroying lives and getting off on it because they're bullies.

He probably knew he was going to get arrested so he was most likely prepared for it, just like him telling the officer about his CP he just talked calmly about it (like it was a normal thing for him)
And he could be one of those people where he always calm and doesn’t fret about the small or big things just goes about his life while others around him are constantly stressed out
I’m like that (cool, calm and collective)
And they always tell you not to rile yourself up when being arrested, I’ve seen too many videos where they get arrested and they start acting like wild donkeys
Had he started acting like a wild donkey (acting out or having an emotional meltdown and started resisting or causing a scene) then he would’ve added more charges to his 20 counts of CP
By not acting out it made the arrest much easier on the cops
I watched a similar video about a few months ago where this 26 year old was having an inappropriate relationship with a 15 year old and he was so calm about it when the police showed up to his motel room and he lied to the cops about his name and when they came back a few days later to arrest him he was still calm and one of the cops told him “I’m impressed cause you didn’t break under pressure when we came by the first time” and the perp said “yea I’m calm when under pressure”

    • @darkness988
      @darkness988 21 день назад +3

To further clarify, incase anyone has any sort of confusion about this, it seemed immediately clear to me at least, so just throwing out there for what it's worth..
There's a son-IN-LAW, he's not seen in this video, it's NOT the guy getting arrested. The previously mentioned person assaulted the dad, which must've been rather severe, as it led to the dad needing several stitches as he said.
Dad(-in-law) decides to drop charges against the son-in-law for assault, he says he did it "for his daughter" which would be his biological daughter, presumably the sister of the guy getting arrested in this video. She's also not anywhere in the video, to be clear.
Why the father brings up this assault he was the victim of by this person that isn't even there nor present anywhere throughout the video, is because, as the father said, there's a possibility that the son-IN-LAW and his biological son, which is the one being arrested here, could end up in the same jail.
Which seems like it could potentially be problematic, as the officer mentions "Well, we could have them separated." and the father doesn't protest that. I don't entirely know, maybe he's assuming the son is resentful or holding a grudge on behalf of his father and would assault his brother-in-law as retribution for his dad? I guess? Maybe? We aren't exactly given sufficient information to further confirm exactly why that would be a problem. But the mere fact the father was bringing it up implies it's likely problematic.
Hope this clears things up or offers insight to anyone that wants it. Apologies for the lengthiness, tried to be as clear as possible to avoid confusion or misinterpretation.
