Hi just an alternative method for P3 question 1 Total marks...150*30=5400 A...Passed students total marks =40x B..Failed students total marks= 20X A+b=4500 40x+20x=4500 60x=4500 X=75 Easy than in the video.....
To make the equation simple... It helps to reduce big values to smaller value without effecting the equation, Like 1002 - 1001 = 1 ; And 2 - 1 is also 1 ;
And that formula which she has derived comes from total dist/ tol time which is formula for avg speed u can put in that and will find that dist is cut so this become shortcut
