I like very much all BULGARIAN NATIONAL FOOD! I am half Russian, half BULGARIAN, because my Mother is Russian and my father was BULGARIAN, he died 16 YEARS ago fro lung cancer! BUT I AM FEELING BULGARIAN!

Brilliant i love some of the Bulgarian food and certainly some I find a bit cheesy. Especially around villages the same stuff is cooked differently.
