If I had to name a nail place with the worst customer service I would say Venetian Nail Spa in Midtown Doral and it's all the fault of their manager Kelly, she is such a rude hostile and unhelpful despot. I treated my 7-year-old sister horribly when she had to fix the manicure that we went to complain about because it didn't last even a day. And this will be something that I will emphasize in all the reviews because it was a uncomfortable experience.
