Simplex is such junk that all you do is disable troubles and repair failed parts all the time. Then the panel fries and another 3 grand is gone. Forget any warranty. It doesn't exist. Panel fries again the next year? Too bad. Bases fail constantly setting off fire alarm every single time. Failed CO sensors set off fire alarm. Looking at it wrong causes every trouble under the sun. Get rid of this trash. Cut your losses. My stupid employer has a FULL TIME simplex employee. Over 40 hrs/week plus emergencies. That's how bad it is!
