I'm New but I enjoyed the whole thing. I did this business for like four years, I made money from it within two years and then lost all the money within two years also because of high cost of materials. But now I'm planning to return back. The problem was that cost of materials were increasingly but the price of my chin chin remained fifty naira. I tried to increase it to one hundred naira I couldn't succeed because my competitors did not increase theirs then I lost out.Lazarus. hope your class would help me a lot. Thank you very much madam. Anywhere I'm confuse,I will call on you. Please how do I add preservative to my chin chin?

It means there's excess flour in the Chinchin...this is mostly from the ones used in dusting the table... So try to minimize the flour used in dusting your table dear

No,it can last a month without preservatives and with preservatives for 3 months at least....and my Chinchin gets sold out within a week or so,so the issue of spoilage isnt really a problem.
There are a lot of things involved ...like large scale production or milling..so It reduces their cost of production.. Also there is little or no markup added..
Lol .. depends on your vendor shaa..where's your location Called my vendor now cos of this your question... He said Kings oil is #3400 And Terra-#3000 And I bought it at #2k like a month ago...he said all these increment happened within a month... That's what we are talking about in Naija.. Just make sure to be calculating well..use your own prices, the formula remains same so you can make gain after being done Make sure to watch to the end too dear All the best... Look for a cheaper vendor or where you can source your materials cheaper dear depending on your location... Cos retailers will always sell higher than wholesalers.. Welldone
