Mentalist Paul Draper feeds 64 year old miracle Elephant from Smokey & the Bandit at Topeka Zoo

This sweet Asian elephant Cora is now 64 years old and 15 years beyond her life expectancy. But when she was young she was a movie star and appeared in the film Smokey and the Bandit.
A few years back she became so sickly that she refused to get up for several days to eat, drink, or move. It seemed like the end. Until one of the other elephants brought her over a trunk full of clover flowers… after seeing them, she stood up has has continued to have an active life.
