A short film about the reconstruction of my Honda Shadow I made this summer . Each part and each step were taken by myself according to my own ideas.
The goal of my projects is to create all handcrafted and unassisted from my own creativity.
I am neither a car mechanic nor anything else everything what drives me is the pure joy of my passion and a lot of practice in tinkering thank you for watching ..

Huge fan of everything but the bars, I prefer drag bars on most bikes, that's just my opinion though. Awesome build man, sweet bike.

Nice job on the build. Great step by step video , lots of attention to detail ... I think painting the letters on the tires black would have set the tires off perfect but other than that I think you did a great job.

Nur wer selbst umbaut weiß, was da hinter steckt! Ich bin gerade in den letzten Schritten, dass mein 1. VT Umbau zur 21er darf und dann hopp ab auf den Asphalt. Vll sieht man sich ja ✌️ Dlzg

I have the same bike a 91 750cc . did you have to re jet the carbs to put that pod filter. and how DoD you hide all the wires from under the seat. my 2 coils are like stuck and screw there. please let me know asap . Ty

In the Video you see at 5:00 you see a small leather bag all the wires and stuff are in there you have to make some wires longer so they fit in there. I thought it is the easiest solution to keep the bike in a clean look.
that was a leather bag? i thought i was a container. so i bought something at Wal-mart. idk if its going to work. do you still have the bike?

Super geiler Umbau. Das hast du perfekt gemacht. Kannst du mir sagen wo du das Sattel Kit in der Schweiz mit DTC bestellt hast?
MFK ohne irgendwelche Probleme bewältigt?
Hast du einen Silvertail Auspuff schon in Betracht gezogen.
Ich finde zwar meine VT600 klingt mit dem selben Auspuff den du hast auch scho recht gut.
Der Auspuff ist original hatte aber viele Jahre zeit um schön auszubrennen ich mag den sound. Silvertail wirkt auf mich zu abgespaced ich mag die Oldschool Optik der Originalen Töpfe.
Schau mal auf der Seite von Crazy Riders interlaken vorbei da findest du alles was du brauchst.

+rimshotdk Hi it is Fluid Rubber called Plasti Dip you can find that easy on the internet and tons of tutorials about how to use it. It is extremely durable and even mounting the tires was no problem. Thank you

Echt Hammer Umbau! Habe auch vor eine Honda VT 600 auf Bobber umzubauen.
Wie ich in den Kommentaren lesen konnte, bist du aus der Schweiz. Könntest du mir vielleicht sagen woher du die Teile hast die du für den Umbau benötigt hast und mit welcher Erlaubnis man den Rahmen so kürzen kann?
P.S. Komme auch aus der Schweiz

The paint for the wheels and the exhaust pipe, is a special paint?? for the rubber and hot steel ??? o.O
+Chinolyn It is a normal Spray Can with Black Mate in it that is temperature resistant till 600 degree

Das Ding ist Hammer.womit hast du die Reifen weiss lackiert?ich hab sie mit ne normale spraydose aber die Farbe geht direkt nach dem trocken ab.ist das was du hast eine spezielle farbe??Eine Antwort wäre sehr hilfreich.danke!

Würde mir gerne auch einen Bobber bauen, aber ich hab da echt keine Ahnung von und irgendwie Angst was kaputt zu machen.

Ich habe leider nicht geschaut wie lang ich daran geschraubt habe ich würde etwa schätzen wenn mann die Zeit nicht einberechnet in der mann auf Teile wartet könnte mann das in 1 Monat Schaffen wenn mann jeden Abend sich daran setzt und gas gibt aber ich habe es sehr gemütlich genommen. Ich schraube seit ich klein bin anfangs am Mofas dann immer weiter hab viele Reparaturen an meinen Autos gemacht und bis jetzt hate ich etwa 8 Autos und 6 Motorräder da kommt einiges an Schrauberzeit zusammen. Wenn du keine Ahnung davon hast dan fang lieber ganz klein an. Ich habe eine komplett ausgerüstete Hobby Werkstatt mit Hebebühne, Werkzeug usw und sogar da bin ich oft an meine Grenzen gekommen. Du kannst sehr sehr sehr viel kaputt machen und auch dein Leben in Gefahr bringen lass es langsam angehen. Cheers

Vielen Dank es handelt sich dabei um Flüssig Gummi der bei entsprechend viel Schichten eine extreme Stabilität erreicht. Ichs sags mal so der reifen wurde nach dem Lackieren noch 2 mal aufgezogen mit der Maschine jeder der schonmal einen Reifen aufgezogen hat (vor allem das abdrücken vom Felgenhorn) weiss wie belastend das für die Seitenwand ist. Problemlos überstanden lg

Ist das die originale auspuffanlage nur beide rohre in einen topf zuammengefügt? wen ja wie hast das gemacht? und wenn nein was ist das dann für einer bzw wie hast den laut bekommen ;)
+Jan nik Hallo ja es ist die Originale Auspuff anlage es ist ein 2 Zylinder 600ccm Doppelvergaser mit 4 Zündkerzen alleine das bringt schon guten sound der Auspuff hatte 20 Jahre zeit ordentlich auszubrennen sonst wurde nichts gemacht. Lg
