Crystal Coast Tales from the Tides: Clint Taylor, NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores Director

For the first edition of “Crystal Coast Tales from the Tides”, we set sail to the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll shores and introduce you its director Clint Taylor. With a bachelor’s degree in marine biology from UNC Wilmington, Taylor began his career as an intern at the Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium in 1998. Growing up on the Crystal Coast, Taylor fell in love with the area at an early age. He enjoys sharing his passion for the diverse ecosystems that call the North Carolina coast home with visitors of the Aquarium.
Nestled along the picturesque coastline of Crystal Coast, the aquarium stands as a beacon of marine education and conservation and is a huge hit for children and adults alike who want to get up close and personal with sea life. From the majestic sea turtles gliding effortlessly through the water and curious fish darting to and fro to playful otters and mesmerizing jellyfish glowing in their tanks, each display offers a fascinating glimpse into the intricate world beneath the waves.
