Have you turned your bike to get the pops and bangs or is it just from the exhaust?

How many thousand km is the mt-07 motorcycle ?
if i got the domino grips, i will need replace stock handlebar weights?
I don't know, probably not but then again handlebar was the first thing I changed on the mt07 then added extras.

Rpm setup:start rpm 2500. End 10000
Sensor setup:threshold 80%. Cut off delay 10ms. sensor :inactive
Cut off times :80,80,75,75,70, 70 ,65,65 60ms,
These are my settings, doubt that it will work for you but you asked 🤷
