The Easiest Way to Make Tongs

This is probably the easiest way I have ever seen to make a pair of good, comfortable tongs. This was shown to me, and given permission for me to make a video on, by Andy Blakney with Quick and Dirty Tool Co. His tools are awesome; get some!

These are good for beginners, good if you don't have a lot of time, and good if you don't want to wear yourself out trying to make a pair by drawing out 5/8 inch square stock like a madman. Just do this.
The materials used are 1/2 in. round, with 5/16 in. round for the rivet. Best if done with new stock, for comfort. Minimal tooling is needed.

Hey if you don't want your drill press to get stuck and difficult use wd40 or some kind of lubrication
