Oh, Marcelo. My heart was racing just hearing your story. In our efforts to raise confident children, we ended up producing three who surf, cliff jump, ride motorcycles, white-water raft, sky dive … and that’s just the stuff I know about. 😅 I felt my mama-brain activated whilst you were telling your helicopter account. What a rollercoaster of emotions! Now I have to think of my own “helicopter story” for my reference in the future. 😊 By the way, have you noticed that the Ex-Nihilo bottle is the same style/make as that of Fueguia? I only noticed when I re-arranged my small collection last week. My Ex-Nihilo one is sort of semi-bespoke - it’s a combination of one of their existing scents plus another note in higher concentration. Hopefully you can try more of their scents when you visit Europe.

Hello Marcello, I enjoyed listening to your story 🙂! I recently thought my last hour had come when the elevator I was in, alone on a stormy sunday night, broke down. It had started going up but stopped and I couldn't get out. I tried to open the door with the button, then manually, nothing worked, and suddenly the elevator FELL! Thankfully it was a very short 30cm fall... the doors opened just after and I was able to get out. But it was so sudden and unexpected that I experienced retrospective fear, some minutes later... weirdest thing!
Whoa! That's a scary story....that would make me super nervous everytime I walk into an elevator....especially that one! Your presentation of note breakdown and the historical background of each scent is outstanding. Evasion by L'Arc sounds like something I need to get as well as one of Meo Fusciuni's gems. Love the helicopter story. I've been up in one myself its and adventure to say the least. You feel the wild blue yonder much more than being on a plane.

Evasion was definitely one that caught my nose last trip to Oligarch. My problem is I always run out of skin 😂 when I'm there so it had only been on a test strip! Definitely one to follow up on
I thought you might be onto this one already Max… i’m surprised that you have run out of skin to spray on, I thought you slept in the back of (OLIGARCH), and just re-sprayed every morning with a new fragrance😉
I'll try my sample of Panettone again. You had me craving that sweet treat. On my, I felt it went too much to cinnamon, but that's not even in the note profile. Glad I have a bit of sample left after watching. I make my own panettone with an almond paste topping every year. Soon. Not dying in a helicopter because I'm never going on one.
Ummm, so where do you live?? I may have to come over during Christmas time (with my maté) and I can taste test to see if your Panettone is up to scratch😬 I've never had it homemade....but it would make sense that if can be made🤦🏽♂️....I'm going to have to speak to my mother in law, she makes all things 'sweet Italian' And yes, Panettone the perfume is divine, a very big fan of this fragrance.
