Awesome I didn’t know Emerson updated this, I’ve installed a few of the older model sure switches. I like that test button and the codes. I’ll have to grab couple of these. Nice vid 🤘🏻
I installed one on my heat pump and works flawlessly been fine for over 6 years now. Best contactor ever as far as I'm concerned and also has brown out protection. Alot quieter on start up and also seems as the compressor sounds better too on start up. The 3 minute delay is on a switch on the contactor you would want to make sure that's off it's really not necessary as in most thermostats has a delay built in. It does have a random 5 to 90 sec start up delay witch should be just fine because most/all heat pumps defrost cycles work on temperature the unit will stay in defrost mode/cycle untill the coil reaches a certain specified temperature on the control board and then the sensor tells the defrost board that the coil has reached that specific temperature and to switch back to heating mode.
They aren’t worth $54 at my local air conditioner supply house. The manager I have a close relationship has had the same 3 in stock since 2012. No one is buying these
Great product!

I have one on order and looking forward to installing it on an unit that ants love the contactor.
Would have liked to see the inrush before and after the install, that Fluke does it well.
Sweet product and great video Thank you Sir
My pleasure
You said if the compressor loses power you get a 3 minute time delay, would that affect the defrost mode in winter time?
