Passcode won't do anything without the service card, or an override pendrive. I just cracked one of the 256 combinations, it asks me to use assigned card or add a new one.
Two shifts on one charge? With a full charge my lift will do one shift and maybe two hours into the next. That is the biggest fault I find with electrics, otherwise mine is almost as fast as the propane lifts (it exceeds the posted speed limit) quiet, no engine vibration, and not having to breath exhaust fumes when driving in reverse. Propane lifts do keep you warmer when it is cold. 😀
