Do you have a tutorial showing how to use the tracker and some finance tracking tips? :) Many Thanks!
Just remember . YOU SHOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL BECAUSE I KNOW YOU CAN GET WHATEVER YOU WANT IN LIFE
I love how you are opening people's eyes to how they are being manipulated into buying "things" that will not fulfill them and instead advocate saving/investing for experiences. Well done. Wishing you success in your disciplined quest for financial freedom.
Totally agree...very insightful
Smart strategy for money management is 50-20-30.... better known as slope rating
You advice is priceless. As I get older I realize it’s ( financial freedom) not about material things but rather about time. Time with your family, more then enough to live off of. Thank you for sharing your wisdom with the world 🌎.Your kindness shows through your presentation. You may not meet any of your followers in person but rest assure you have change the course of their future, what you are doing is not a vocation but rather a calling on your life. May God continue to bless you
@P!nned By Nischa your so welcome Miss Nischa thanks for reaching out its a honor for you to respond blessings to you and your family
I am in my 50, and I love this video. I have listened to it at least three times. I like luxury items. Love handbags and jewelry. However, I have learned to like saving as much as buying luxury. So, I have created an account for my luxury spending. It is fun to save first and then buy it. This way, you know for sure, this is what you really want.
Yer, we need to live to the fullest everyday with no regrets but learning from our mistakes and using it as a channel for growth
My Apple Watch for sure, it constantly reminds me to move, stand, stay active. It keeps track of my steps, burned calories, ect. I Love it!
I am good at not buying things i dont need, but occasionally i feel the need or urge to buy something expensive or fancy. One thing i've found useful to satisfy these needs is to buy that item but after a few days return it 😄. This way i still get that good feeling but i recover my money after getting back to my senses lol
Pay yourself first, that advice has honestly changed my mindset. I’ll definitely take on the advice of waiting 7 days before making a purchase x
"Pay yourself first" GAAD DAYUM that's a nice one! :)
As a fellow chartered accountant ACCA I am so happy you are sharing this. For me I escape implusive buying by telling myself that I am building a future and this product is not helping me build financial freedom.
I’m in the same house we purchased 8 years ago despite our household income almost doubling since and a fortunate “windfall” a few years ago. (Most of that went straight into an IRA, although perhaps I should’ve taken one fancy vacation. 😂 Experiences are important too.) I do walk across the street and look at houses double the cost of mine and remind myself: my financial freedom and security is more important than status. As you say in relation to emotion, for me, peace of mind around money is very important to me so that gets prioritized. Helping my son get through college debt free is another priory. Our AC broke last week and we replaced/repaired it immediately bc we have saved instead of spent over indulgently. My husband’s bonus will largely go straight into our savings. This is all valid financial advice. Thanks!
Nischa - Sharing your thoughts, knowledge, learnings on Personal Financial matters is so generous. You explain all subjects so clearly, logically and thoughtfully. Here in the UK, we have always lacked and denied our Children and adults basic Financial Literacy and the education in this arena that they deserve. Your videos should be obligatory at School. We need more honest and passionate educators like you on these highly important subject matters. Keep up the sterling work, and above all - Thank you.
What is your view on repaying mortgage earlier vs using those additional payments to invest in a stocks isa?
i wish my wife would watch your videos
I wish my husband would! 😅

By watching your videos, I'm realizing I already have some good money habits! I just need to rework a few things and start saving. I want financial stability and a home.
i'd only add one caveat to the 7 day rule, which is, to know in advance what one needs, and maybe wants.
although a super nieche area (music production), i've taken advantage of 24/48h sales plenty of times. but what gave me the condifence of knowing i wasn't just being sucked into a sale, was knowing i was getting something that has been on my "needs" list for a while and have been waiting for the right price, and i wasn't just buying whatever the next random sale is
I work in marketing, and I can attest to my entire job being how to use psychology to get people to spend money. Knowing that this is what happening behind-the-scenes makes me very mindful about what's marketing / mind controlling me to get me to spend money. I think twice before urges to spend money,.
Hello Nischa I love your channel! The tip you gave of adding an emotional response to not spending has made a big imprint on me. I am sticker crazy and started giving myself a green sticker for each day I do not spend money. I hope to have a whole month full of green stickers, but the bills still have to be paid a few times a month so maybe I will try to find a special sticker to place on my calendar months that I save more than I spend. Thanks a lot!
Nischa, I love your videos so much. Finances can be a scary topic, but you break it down so well and make it accessible. Thank you!!
Hey
We are from the USA and we love to watch your videos. Money management and intentionality towards financial freedom has been a key part of our this year. Thank you as always
Found you at the right time in my life where I’m needing direction to be financial fit. Thank you!
Hi Nischa. I just wanted to reach out and say that I truly appreciate the hard work you put into your RUclips videos. Your videos are fantastic and I get so much value from watching them. I have learned so much and I am grateful for the knowledge and entertainment you bring to my life.
As a side note, I was wondering which program you use to edit your videos?
Great tips and insights. I've binge watched a lot of your content recently and it's super helpful and useful. Keep up the hard work!
Very insightful! I have recently changed 1 of my bad spending habits and the impact is just mind-blowing. Thank you for sharing your journey.
Very much appreciate your time and expertise. I'm listening avidly to every podcast I can get my hands on. Considerably helpful!
The 7 day rule is great! Implementing that straight away! Thank you!
Thank you! This video is a gem I've already been doing some of things you said instinctively. It's nice to have confirmation that I'm on the right track I also love the quote about the weekend. I know I should use my weekends to build the life I want but my job keeps getting in the way. Thankfully, I have options because I've been very prudent, I own properties and is virtually debt-free.
The 7 days 100% works really well the amount of things which I've not purchased after leaving it 7 days is unreal. One other hack I always use it to unsubscribe from all amazon etc emails and remove all apps off your mobile or from you homescreen at least....that removes the mindless browsing at night time for example which can end in some random purchase you don't really need.
Thank you. Your presentation is so clear and solid advice. Much appreciated
So im 40, married and just 2 years into my first mortgage. I recently had a sort of mid life crisis and realised I have no savings and im drowning in other debts, so 3 weeks ago I began trying to educate myself while I'm at work. I'm a lorry driver so I can listen to clips and books while I drive for 5 - 10 hours a day. Through my journey I came across this channel and have binged listened to every episode in a few days.
As much as I have realised im seriously behind on a good plan and start, I also have taken huge amounts of advice on board and now have a 2 year plan to he debt free. And I have set goals after that to snowball all of these payments into savings and investments. Hopefully at that point I can research what to invest in better.
Honestly I hope you start a podcast twice a week and bring in your financial expert friends, colleagues etc and discuss things that will bring all of us slow learners into a brighter financial future.
You are incredibly easy to listen to and don't confuse non financially educated people like me, or overwhelm us so on behalf of everyone, thanks.
I bought my first house at a mortgage og 75% of what I could afford. 8 years later I sold the house at a 20% profit. Had I bought the more expensive house, with the more expensive mortgage my profit would have been about 50%. 50% of a higher amount. But in general, this lady is right.
Thankyou so much 😊Nischa
So many gems here. Thanks for sharing! Definitely a video for the “saved” section.
What a great quote! I’ve never heard that before ❤
I just started following up this channel, it is so helpful and the reality
You taught me a lot and continue to do so - thank you so much.
Great advice! Thank you Nischa!😄
Thanks for the advice on the 7 day rule before purchasing. It would help me in my spending habits.
Well said. We need to be frugal with our spending without neglecting enjoying or living life to the fullest.
Would love one giant long video with everything there is (kind of like a lecture) with time tags so people can skip to whatever they're there to learn.
Hey Nischa! Just binge watching all your vids 😎 I just started a craft channel and it’s growing quickly, I wondered if you would do a video on your make up routine for videos? You always look so natural and beautiful. Cat xx
Very insightful Nischa. Discovered your channel recently and I love how your expressions and energy…
Just came across your channel last night, really enjoy it. Wish I knew what you know when I was your age.
Another EXCELLENT video which helps me to establish monetary guidelines by which to live my life. Thank you!!
You are very wise. Keep up the good work
If I like something, I save the URL and add it to my list of things I’m looking at and when I’m financially good and ready to make a small purchase, I revisit that list and take these off it if I’m no longer interested and find something on that list that I can defend best in that moment. But it’s not an impulse because it’s been on the list. It’s basically a wishlist I pick from
I'm glad the RUclips overloads have recommended this channel. Solid content!
So well said!!!
Girl i love this !!!
Thank you
That is a good financial educational video spot on👍
I love the insightful content.
Brilliant advice! Thank you Nischa.
thank you for sharing this tips!
Nischa, first i want to tell you I love you and your videos, could you please make video on emergency fund planning as well, Thanks for your helpful videos.
Simple, short and definitely educational for people that does not know how to manage their finances - like me :D
This is great! Thanks for sharing
Superb! Thank you so much
Many thanks for your advice. I hope I will succeed.
Nischa, I love your Videos; I learned a ton. You remind me of Vikki robin, Author of Your life or your money- her book taught me very early in life how to measure things by the hour we worked. I also love 4 hour work week and have applied that in my life :), Rich dad, poor dad did help me learn a lot about assets and liabilities. I still spend money on things that give me happiness, The way designer bags are getting expensive, I treat them no less than stocks, haha. Please provide your opinion about whether paying the mortgage is better than using that money to build wealth.
Great wisdom tips and well delivered
Keep up the great work my go to channel 👊🏾
The Rashford celebration 😅😍😍😍
Thanks Nisha! ❤
Thanks for the advice
Thanks
Hi! Your videos are great and very helpful/, however can you do a video on a lower salary such as 20k/year. As this is the most likely income after tax for roles such as mine or most yougsters. What would be your advice on this 😊
thanks, good video
I'm spending my time watching you 🙆♀
Excellent video Sister
Great video as always! I have a question though, what if the item is on sale during the 7 days and is subject to end anyday?
Algamdullilah a game changer video.
I am impressed by your postive mindset may Allah bless you and guide you ameen
As Warren Buffet once quoted.
If you buy things you don't need. You'll end up selling things you do need.
I love you Nicha good job

Thank you!! Video idea, how to find friends and partners that are into this lifestyle
Other than apartment rent i have 0 debt, good career in business production management, own both my cars, good credit, Roth IRA, 401k, life insurance, other investing accounts, looking to purchase an apartment building, duplex home or business
Seems like all my friends and family are struggling so I definitely don't go to them for advice, im trying to find more like minded people
I love the 7 day rule👍🏻
I think I am also a audiophile. I always dreamed of getting professional AV system in my living room but due to their expense, I never bought them. Instead, I got Sony AV systems which are available in showroom. I have been enjoying the Sony AV systems for years, I love them and they have done a great job but now, I am in a position of getting the professional AV systems like Polk, Yamaha etc., but it is 3 to 4 times costlier than Sony AV systems. So, I am really confused whether to invest in them or just be happy with the present Sony AV systems. I love music and sounds, and everyone thinks I am an audiophile. So, please let me know should I go ahead and invest in them or not. Thanks
love your content nischa!
ps; youre very attractive too
Great 👍
