मैं 45 साल का हूं, और 18 साल की उम्र से क्राइम की खबरें पढ़ा करता था अब पिछले 5 साल से शम्स सर को सुनता हूं तब से ये समझने की अलग अलग तरह से कोशिश की कि किसी जुर्म का मोटिव क्या मायने रखता है आज एकदम साफ साफ समझ पाया हूं कि किसी जुर्म में मोटिव कितना महत्व रखता है कि अदालत तक प्रभावित हो गई और हत्या जैसे अपराध में उन्होंने रहम दिखाया
कमाल है दोनों पढ़े लिखे थे और आस्ट्रेलिया जैसे देश में रहते थे इतना जुर्म सहने की बजाए पुलिस की मदद नहीं ली ताजुव हो रहा है 🫢

This story is just like Kiranjit Ahlluwalias "Provoked". Thankfully this happened in Australia. If it was India the lady wouldn't have been given any provision of liberty.
Thanks for your patriotism and great faith in your country. Australia is truly a great country with 0 crime and we poor Indians must learn from it. Hopefully you could understand the sarcasm that the 2 people were Sri Lankans and in India, just like in SriLanka there is a court and an extremely advanced family and civilization. Dragging India just shows how you miss the point just like you misunderstand that Australia is any better (or worse). A crime and it's resolution is a matter concerned with a particular crime. The crime in all probability would have been solved if neighbours cared or there was a societal fabric and a family fabric like in India. Just facts not hatred
@@kpb9010 Indian and SrLancan cultures are more family oriented. I have not misunderstood the Australian laws but atleast they have justified the violence against the victim. Had it been India this case could have been dragged for years without an fair justice given to either parties. Australia plated a straight forward role.
no household violence can justify such a brutal killing as a natural response.. if she was that exploited she could have just ran out of house, state, country anything..involve authorities, police, make social media video, 100 other ways to try escaping.. but becoming a blood hungry Monster herself is never justifiable no matter which country she is in.

@@narainrich to the limited point that justice delayed is justice denied is something I agree with. However fair justice is another thing. Fairness is decided on crime and punishment. The understanding of society is a slippery slope for courts to embark upon. This path leads to consideration of childhood abuse for murders, robbery due to poverty and terrorism due to political or ideological differences. Hence, this seems to be justice expedited leading to justice denied. Moreover, law and courts are the last rung of the ladder. Healthy societal and family bonds are required to prevent violence. From that perspective we have seen the number of serial killers born out of white males due to a breakdown of the family as a unit in the west, rising usage of drugs and drug related crimes and murders even in australia. The point being that law and courts can take punitive actions but to prevent the crime Australia has not developed beyond penal action and has allowed the breakdown in the family and socio cultural fabric. One needs to factor in the population which means higher crime numbers. Lower the population, lower the crime numbers but as a percentage, it would paint a different picture. India and srilanka does not have a media cabal and narrative that the west has to paint a rosy picture by manipulating data. Proof being the Covid crisis where we saw many countries in the west basically giving bad press to India and speaking in numbers when they should have presented percentage of total population and being unable to control the situation begging the question that if they did this in case of a covid crisis then they must be cutting corners in judiciary, in policing and basically in societal control and betterment.
