    Another fascinating video, of which I have one small criticism. The spare wheel in the trunk, there are no holes drilled where the wheel studs go through and no fixing bolt securing the wheel. These are small items which are not obvious but would complete a most brilliant model. This was still an education in fine modeling techniques, please continue doing so.

    Honestly, I can almost smell the horsehair padding just from looking at those seats. The 2002 is my ❤ car, and watching this build brings back memories of a man I truly adored as a child that introduced me to what developed into my passion for cars…especially old BMW. Thank you for sharing this…

    Thank you SO much for sharing these videos of your work. Your craftsmanship is truly fantastic. While I'm always impressed with your mechanical details - the engine bays are always breathtaking - I think that the small details set you far ahead of most modelers. I think it's good for people to know - from your example - that almost anything can be accomplished. The window cranks and shock-absorbers are always a treat, but in this video the seat hinges and the door panels are outstanding. Again, thanks for sharing your work.

    It is not just the fact that there are materials available to bring your detail visions to life...but the fact that you imagined the visions themselves to begin with! Totally amazed by your craft. And when you came up with he modified door panel to a later year, THEN made the arm rests...I logged off and went to bed. 😮 I had seen enough to know that your work is like no other I have seen on RUclips. What was the total time it took to build this model?

      @A4Garage  Год назад

      There are early and late types of door panels, and I later found out that the car I was making had to be the early type, so I corrected it. I'm not sure of the exact amount of time it took to make. Thanks.

    I absolutely love your work... but wanted to make a comment about the spare tire. The rim casting for your spare tire has both a center hub cap and lugnuts, both of which are only be present when the wheel is mounted to the car. There should also be a bracket holding the spare tire in place.
    Of course, I'm just being pedantic, so feel free to ignore this. Your work is stunning.

      Of course, the parts I add don't have the right dimensions.

    Beautiful work, but your window crank handles are too long by about 30%. They would interfere with what I assume is a speaker while being rotated. It takes 6 cranks or so to raise or lower a window manually and these are too long to allow that. This can be easily seen if you google 2002i interior door panels.
