Stew of chicken and vegetables

Today I will cook a wonderful Georgian dish - chakhokhbili. Chakhokhbili (Georgian) is a dish of Georgian cuisine in the form of a stew of poultry meat and vegetables.
Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 piece (1,7=2 kg)
Onion - 600 g
Tomatoes - 600 g
Garlic - 4 cloves
Cilantro - 100 g
Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
Utsho suneli - 1 tsp. with top
Coriander - 1 tsp. with top
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Water - 150 g
Salt - To taste
Hot pepper - To taste
Ground black pepper - To taste
