Been living in Montebello since 1974. I knew the whole route you drove. All the streets were familiar. I drive these almost everyday. Thanks for the video. 👍😎
I was born at the Beverly hospital, and went to la merced elementary. Some of my fondest memories are living there. I want to retire there 🥰
My Dad graduated from Montebello High (1939) and I was born in Beverly Hospital (1947). Thanks for sharing!
I’ve lived in East LA my whole life but came so often to Montebello and Monterey Park I consider them my 2nd hometown.
I moved to Japan only a week ago and I sure do miss it…
Sending love from Montebello also enjoy Japan pls I wish to soon visit there after I graduate HS this year
I was born here in 1941 and moved when I was a month old. Good to see I came from a nice city, Would like to think we lived in one of the nice neighborhoods.
Omg I Love Montebello ❤️
Thank you so much for making this video. My parents lived in Montebello when I was born. The address is still on my birth certificate. I wanted to take a trip there to reminisce and now I have found your video. I am forever grateful. :-)

Any relation to Billy Wagner?
I like the houses in Montbello, no high buildings here
Its beautiful greetings from Chicagoland!
Chicago is wonderful minus the shootings in certain neighborhoods. I once lived in North Chicago. Montebello is a goddam shithole town. I can't wait to leave.
Now, I finally moved out of Montebello. Thank goodness, I am free the crazy negative shithole city of Montebello.
You got it good living in Chicago.

@@DriveWithme _Friend when you have time available come to know my state of Minas Gerais in Brazil, I guarantee you will be surprised, here we have good food, good landscapes, and we are very receptive to tourists, from anywhere in the world!_ 🙂
I grew up here until 1997 when I moved to the Northwest. It would've been nice to have seen the street I lived on, South Greenwood Avenue.
I lived there till 1996 then moved to Portland oregon
@@oops2208 Nice. I have good memories of Montebello, but now I live in Yakima, Washington.
WHAT HAPPENED TO THE VIDEO '' PLEASE JOIN I WANT TO SHOW YOU SOMETHING'' ?
Once again, don't go to Montebello (Montehellhole) because it is a very negative dark place to live. The energy ⛮ is very bad. I just recently moved out of Montebello after living there for one year. The city is very nice and clean on the outside and people cut their grass but the most of the people in Montebello are negative and dark on the inside. Outside appearances can be deceiving. Montebello makes Hollywood look like paradise, serious. If you like negative energy then Montebello is the place to be for you.
Where I from but I live in the sgv now but this will always be home
I’ve followed you for a long time.
I grew up in Montebello so I was excited to see this video.
May I make a suggestion.
I sub to your channel because I left Los Angeles in the late 80’s and like to see the places I grew up and how they look now.
Could you please name the streets as you drive? It would really help those of us who know the towns to get our bearings. Thank you and thank you for the drive.
Does it look any different then from what it was?
@@carlosmariscal7963 I can’t tell where he is because he doesn’t give street names. I can make some of the signs out but not many.🤬 Last time I was home, Whittier Blvd looked like industrial buildings where there used to be small businesses and the trees have been changed out for palm trees. The high school is all fenced off now.
Do you live or did you live here?
@@dburch7894 yeah I live near montebello and East la like right there on Beverly boulevard I did live on Olympic and Whittier blvd growing up thoug
@@carlosmariscal7963 I grew up on 6th and Beverly Blvd! Spent a lot of time in East Los tho!
