Orion carries a club and a skin as fighting weapons, he doesn't have a sword, but he has a scabbard, man, has that ever been cleaned up from the original description from long ago.

LOL Exactly! Missed the super moon the other night thanks to very cloudy skies here in Quebec.

You guys need to be up front about Ezekiel's wheel. My Merlinian is tingling. I sense something above the atmosphere.

You can see the position of the planets using an app called "Star Walk 2" its free

The brightest objects in the sky are the planets.
I also recommend the Google Sky smartphone app, which is a really quick and easy way to identify objects in the night sky.

if you're away from the cities, you get your best chance with clear skies

I am in a small town in the southwest of Germany and I was able to see Jupiter, Saturn and Mars before dawn two days ago, without binoculars. Saturn and Mars were faint but Jupiter was amazing. I use Skyview to know what I'm looking at, and Nightshift to tell me what is visible according to weather. The hour is very important- at best, two hours before sunrise on a clear day. Tomorrow morning is a good chance to try to spot Jupiter and Mars before the weather gets worse.
