Whenever I hear of people having something like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis, which are auto immune conditions, I automatically think that they experienced trauma. It’s probably not at 100% accurate to think that way, but I do.

Thank you for these wonderful suggestions. Im currently seeing a therapist who does EMDR but we havent begun the actual EMDR yet, but I am hopeful that it can be a helpful tool in my healing. I also so yoga some but need to do it more. The theater and movement is one I e never heard of before but i find it very intriguing. Thank you for your video

Stecke schon lange fest.

@atashakgem The entire USA is not violent. Be aware of what social media and news you are watching and listening to. Put effort into joining the types of activities, clubs and churches where positive people attend. Make sure your interests and hobbies are healthy ones. Hiking or art instead of political discussions, for example.
Also, be aware that the quality of food is mediocre in the US. If you eat at restaurants or eat a lot of packaged foods, realize that they use unhealthy oils and other ingredients banned in other countries. This can also affect your body and brain.
Also do some self assessment about the reasons you came to the US in the first place. You might need to process that with a therapist. You could have had unrealistic expectations about the US and how your life would be different once you moved. And now you are wanting to move again.
There’s an old quote that says, “Wherever you are, there you are” which means that you can relocate over and over again and still attract unhappiness or not become fulfilled. The main thing that needs to be healed and whole (no matter where you live) is YOU. If a person doesn’t work on themselves from the inside, they will experience similar patterns wherever they go.

3:07 If and only IF somebody can afford it. How disgraceful is it that someone who suffered a trauma is humiliated because he/she is too poor to afford it? That’s to add insult to injury. And, then, people ask ‘Why are you depressed and why are you angry? Why do you say that people are shit hypocrites?’ I wonder why, indeed.
