Don't be afraid to travel around this beautiful country by yourself. Sri Lanka is a very safe place to solo travelers. But I can see some jelous commenters saying it is unsafe which is not true.

You better do some research on Sri Lankan food before making videos. The food you had for breakfast is pretty famous in SL and among tourists, but the way you described it was insulting.

@@misterdd7239I don't know about your experiences but as a sri lankan I advise any traveler to visit remote villages rather than staying in colombo. Colombo is where most scammers, pick pockets and thieves hang around. Go to a remote village and those innocent people will treat you very warmly.

very scary dress down but lovely hotel i loved the beach always get hotel with private beach i had a upset tummy for 2 days but Ski Lanka is amazing only stick to tourist spots going out of these areas i would not malls are great , but not the same as Asian countries 😁wear mask lots of spiting yuc
Why did you think Sri Lanka was unclean? Sri Lanka is among the cleaner countries in the developing world. Certainly not Singapore or Japan levels, but a lot cleaner than most. She literally went to the worst area of Colombo (the market) and even that is not bad.

I rarely visit Sri Lanka because of distance, my work schedule and I don't have any family members there. However, whenever (rarely) I visit Sri Lanka as a female traveling alone I feel safe. Just like in the rest of the world I don't travel alone at night in Sri Lanka. But I must say that it is a safe place for a female to travel alone and also clean. I love Sri Lankan food so much. I think some people here in the comments have said negative things about cleanliness because they judged the country without having visited it.
I recommend you to travel in touristy areas only, don't go out alone at night, avoid isolated areas, always be alert of your surroundings and if you feel unsafe ask for help. We are not India, still I don't completely trust our men with solo traveling females.
@Neothefish I don't speak for men, but I speak for SL women, we are afraid of getting catcalled, followed, sexually haressed in public transport, SL women are scared to travel alone at night, Better to change some of your fellow men's behaviors so women can actually feel safe in Sri Lanka.
