About the trek:
(रामशेज)Ramshej Fort is a small fort located 10 kilometers (6.2 mi) north-west of Nashik, in Maharashtra.
The fort is one of the most historically important forts in Indian history due to its unmatched legacy. The fort was fought under siege for 7 years with a few hundred soldiers battling against the mighty Mughal army.
The trek is of moderate level featuring the beautiful Borgad range. It's a tragedy to know that the fort is littered and is not in it's prime condition anymore. So important fort don't have the garbage disposal facilities also despite of the trekking charges of 20rs from everyone so , there is no option for the people to burn the garbage there to deal with this problem.This was our honest try to clean the fort and seek the attention of the people on this issue
