Hi Zoltan, my N76VZ screen is showing a few coloured vertical lines (red, green, light blue, dark blue). Does this mean that I have to replace my screen like you did in your video or it's a problem with cable connections?
Hi Zoltan, great video! I have the same exact model as yours, and have a problem with the display. A blue vertical line of 1 pixel has just appeared on the screen, and i know it could be due to a bad connection with the monitor cable from the MB, or the same cable could be faulty. Do you know where i can buy such video cable? or if you had any suggestions on how to fix this problem it would be highly appreciated. Thanks
Do you think it could be possible to replace the glowing ASUS logo on the back of the screen with something bigger? I would be very interested in doing that and would like to hear your opinion about that.
Hi Zoltan! I have the N56 FHD. The screen is overloaded with green pixels and if I push gently in the button area of "1234..QWER.." it gets better/worser. 2 Months ago had to open this notebook and I think that I had accidentally put the display calbe not right in its cable channel/spot. An external monitor shows a correct picture. Do you know where I can order a new display cable?
do you think it is possible to do same on a 15.6 HD version 1366x768 ? i mean replace with FHD screen, or i must change the cable too ? i'm worriyed about the single and 2 chanel issue, thank you
I've got the asus n56vz and it came with a 1080p screen. As you know all the N models came with a TN display. I wanted to know if it is possible to replace this display with a 1080p IPS display like the one that is in the 15" zenbook.
This camera man is AMAZING.

Hey!
I have a problem with the backlíght on my asus n56vz. Do i have to replace the whole screen or only the inverter/led lights?
Please help me!
Yes, there are only 2 screws on the bezel.
Thank you so much kind sir.
No, that's part of the LCD cover.
Go on eBay and do a search for a 17" 1920x1080 FullHD screen and you will find plenty.... ;)
even not asus brand? thank you sir
