This is such an unexpectedly good video I love how you film so much it makes it really in-depth it’s amazing you deserve WAYY more subs. Honestly prefer over a lot of other channels
Thank you so much for saying that, it makes it all worth doing. We do hope we can grow but it is definitely taking time, as we expected. Also thank you so much for your support, much appreciated.
@@PumpuyiPresents i personally do love you realism it makes me laugh ! Going on etihad very soon for the 2nd year now and the 2st year u was so impressed as it was half the price as emirates but just as good or even better thanks for the video !!
Hey, I currently use Capcut Pro as an editing tool and this includes music options, although to be honest it is quite a slog to find un copyrighted music. Despite its claim, I often get copyright warnings on videos so I go back and remove any potential infringements before we go live with a video. Thanks for your support and we hope you are enjoying the videos.
All Middle Eastern airport security and immigration staff are so rude. Shit loads of attitude, BS about Middle Eastern hospitality. I guess they are pissed about the constant heat and dust, lol!
I can only speak to my experience at Abu Dhabi but sad to hear they are all like that. It really spoils what is otherwise a great flight. I appreciate your comments and thanks for the support.
It's a cultural thing. Hence the Gulfies employ so many expats for cabin crew duties. I mean compare Etihad's onboard service to that of Egyptair or Tunisair.
You're absolutely right! Cultural influences play a significant role in shaping airline service standards. It's fascinating to see how different regions approach hospitality.
@@PumpuyiPresents I can agree with your comment traveling though Europe but making a comment like this the Arab Culture and authorities will hold you next time you travel through the UAE. Check out social media comments on criticizing the authorities in the Middle East.
I had the same impression of the 787's in both directions AUH - BKK - AUH of being tired and needing a refresh. Service on all 4 legs was very good a vast improvement from the last time I flew Etihad. The security guys tend to be Indian not Emirati and they do love their power. I'm flying Etihad for my next trip to avoid the English winter.
Yes I was quite taken aback by the stark difference between the two aircraft (other than the obvious size differences). The A380 was just a lot better maintained internally I mean. I would say that the onboard staff were great on all the flights, as were the emails and that does make such a big difference to the whole experience. The new lounge at Abu Dhabi is also a fantastic new space. Thanks for your comment and support.
@@PumpuyiPresentsThe EY A380s are fairly new. Former CEO of EY had an eco policy in which the airline would be slimmer and 'sustainable.' But he quit in late 2022 and EY's management are now going for growth and its A380s are being reactivated (former CEO wanted the A380s grounded altogether).
I appreciate your thoughtful comment! It's fascinating to see how leadership changes can impact airline strategies, especially regarding sustainability.
@@PumpuyiPresents Indeed. EY's former CEO is now with Saudi-backed Riyadh Air. The newcomer's first international destination is likely to be LHR in 2025. Riyadh Air has signed a co-operation agreement with Virgin Atlantic and the latter may assist with Heathrow slots.

Thank you for your support.
I thank you for making a video about Etihad Airways
It is a great airline and also I think this helps people when making decisions on who to fly with. I hope you enjoyed the video.

Best not to criticize Abu Dhabi airport officials on video.
I think it is important to call out bad attitude no matter who it is, otherwise nothing changes. Thanks for your comment, much appreciated.
