I'm a solid melody (melo-mom, actually) but I'm thankful to SKZ for choosing our boys to do the "re-born" of their song. They gave BTOB the chance to show everyone that they are not just ballad idols. And I'm more thankful for the sincere appreciation SKZ show towards BTOB. Whatever the outcome of this competition, one thing is sure... SKZ will have a very supportive hyung-deul (not just sunbaes) in BTOB.

Watching all of Stray Kids freak out with how excited they are to see their seniors perform this song is such pure joy, especially combined with how nervous Jisung was to meet Minhyuk.
What made this stand out to me is how clearly we could see their expressions and stage presence, how clearly we could hear the vocals and the melody and how clearly we can understand the concept and theme. Sometimes stages are made so complex and climatic throughout the entire performance that the basic elements are buried instead. Edit: Mnet 'professionals' apparently ranked this performance last (along with Stray kids'). What a joke.
Louder sis! This competition has been so obsessed with all this element of surprise and perfection that made everyone forget that the simplest form can be more mindblowing. They owned this and we can't agree more.
I so agree with this. I love how straightforward and simple the whole set up of the stage that it complemented well with their vocals. This is that kind of performance that I love watching because the group owned the stage not the other way around.
I'd say Blowin up and Bull's eye are their most recent hype type of songs (both written by the members themselves!) Definitely check out live stages for both songs!
One of the cleanest performances for Round 2. No too much drama. Not too chaotic. Its almost a stage rock musical. Good thing that Eunkwang and Changsub have experiences in stage musicals so they know how transitions work during live performances.
New gen groups are very talented of course, but nothing beats the older generations in terms of charisma, stage presence and live performance. This was amazing

btob's performances are just like concert/musical stage play (heavy story telling like half of the performance was story and minimal dance) while other groups are music shows/television performance based (minimal story telling mostly first part middle, outro and heavily focused on dance breaks) ps: im a performer
Well, since BTOB mostly sing ballads now, we almost forget that they actually debut as a dance group and being a dance idol group for years haha. Of course their dancing skill is not a highlight compared to the rest but their charisma on stage is no joke. This stage really show the experience of a 10-year group. They owned the stage. Good job our BTOB. Looking forward to upcoming stages!!!
*Their didn’t have a big choreography, or many effects and their stage might be deemed simple than the rest but that doesn’t mean their stage is not good as it’s high quality just by their talent*
Don't you just love how raw BTOB's voices are? No backtrack / backing vocals, just pure live. If they need more dynamic feeling, they simply just harmonise with each other.

Had I not listen to the song before, I would swear this is the original version. They made it their own. It was turned into an interesting story, to make wise use of the props. They even danced some of the choreo, very synchronized I might add. It is the highlight of the Re-born episode. I am proud of them. They came here to challenge themselves, to showcase their abillities, but mostly to have fun. And it shows with every stage they perform. They are not pressured to prove something to anyone. Maybe only to themselves, that they still have the passion that drove them in the beginning.

The way stray kids standing while enjoying btob's back door version and changbin said "Guys, this is our song" was a warm-hearted moment, bonus Han and Felix was so excited and cute at the same time
Bro. The storytelling and the theatricality in this performance is incredible. They made the song into a whole performance and really made it theirs, but still kept those best aspects of back door. It’s so well developed. And the beginning part being a one take. They changed it to fit their palette and it’s really amazing. Btob are so reliable.

I'm a solid melody (melo-mom, actually) but I'm thankful to SKZ for choosing our boys to do the "re-born" of their song. They gave BTOB the chance to show everyone that they are not just ballad idols. And I'm more thankful for the sincere appreciation SKZ show towards BTOB. Whatever the outcome of this competition, one thing is sure... SKZ will have a very supportive hyung-deul (not just sunbaes) in BTOB.

What made this stand out to me is how clearly we could see their expressions and stage presence, how clearly we could hear the vocals and the melody and how clearly we can understand the concept and theme. Sometimes stages are made so complex and climatic throughout the entire performance that the basic elements are buried instead.

One of the cleanest performances for Round 2. No too much drama. Not too chaotic. Its almost a stage rock musical. Good thing that Eunkwang and Changsub have experiences in stage musicals so they know how transitions work during live performances.

btob's performances are just like concert/musical stage play (heavy story telling like half of the performance was story and minimal dance) while other groups are music shows/television performance based (minimal story telling mostly first part middle, outro and heavily focused on dance breaks)

Well, since BTOB mostly sing ballads now, we almost forget that they actually debut as a dance group and being a dance idol group for years haha. Of course their dancing skill is not a highlight compared to the rest but their charisma on stage is no joke. This stage really show the experience of a 10-year group. They owned the stage. Good job our BTOB. Looking forward to upcoming stages!!!

Don't you just love how raw BTOB's voices are? No backtrack / backing vocals, just pure live. If they need more dynamic feeling, they simply just harmonise with each other.

Had I not listen to the song before, I would swear this is the original version. They made it their own. It was turned into an interesting story, to make wise use of the props. They even danced some of the choreo, very synchronized I might add. It is the highlight of the Re-born episode. I am proud of them. They came here to challenge themselves, to showcase their abillities, but mostly to have fun. And it shows with every stage they perform. They are not pressured to prove something to anyone. Maybe only to themselves, that they still have the passion that drove them in the beginning.
For me, the thing with BTOB is you can feel their sincerity in every stage/song/performance. They're very genuine. Again, it's my personal opinion :)

The way stray kids standing while enjoying btob's back door version and changbin said "Guys, this is our song" was a warm-hearted moment, bonus Han and Felix was so excited and cute at the same time
Bro. The storytelling and the theatricality in this performance is incredible. They made the song into a whole performance and really made it theirs, but still kept those best aspects of back door. It’s so well developed. And the beginning part being a one take. They changed it to fit their palette and it’s really amazing. Btob are so reliable.
