Salads are actually nice my dad has a shop called salad box where u can create ur own salads and choose a dressing and it tastes AMAZING! He also has healthy soups, wraps and smoothies(including green smoothie) but my fave is strawberry and melon smoothie
That was a LOT of ginger taz. Do you know what’s nice in a green smoothie?? Spinach instead of kale and it gives it a darker, nicer colour too. Kiwi (if they’re ripe) a ripe banana, and some spirulina &maca powder. If you want it even sweeter add some pineapple or mango too and to cut it give it a squeeze of lemon or lime 💚😏

One thing that actually bugged me from the first time seeing his wheel: Sweets don’t really qualify as fats. Sweets are mostly made of sugar and sugar is literally what carbohydrates are. Fats would be oils, or stuff like avocados, etc. Something else I‘ve noticed is that - I think during the pinks? - you’ve said you had basically no carbs when you’ve had potatoes which would qualify as carbs as well as veg. And now on the green day: The lentil pasta was protein. Lentil pasta contains very little to no wheat flour. It actually even says so on the packaging. And your pesto would’ve qualified as fats. I don’t mean this in a rude way or anything. It’s still fun (at least to watch, hah) and that’s all that this is about. But it’s just something that has really bugged me over the past few days. (Oh, and PS: Your body doesn’t really /need/ dairy.)

Blend together. So good and tropical tasting.
If you ever try to make a smoothie again try Ice, Avocado, Spinach, Almond Milk and Vanilla Protein(or just agave nectar if you don't want protein powder). I'm not big on smoothies or the healthy life but I will order this is I get a chance too, it always makes me feel like I'm glowing with health. Also, Starbucks makes great green tea matcha fraps!

I adore this series sm omds and with the smoothie I was so gassed about the blender cause it's the same one I've got and it's so convenient buttttt that smoothie did look like it'd be really acidic/bitter/sour 😂 probably because there was nothing in there to make it more mild like banana or milk or yogurt or even avocado - just a suggestion in case you want to make another greenish smoothie : regular fruit smoothie and add some spinach on top it tastes like a regular fruit smoothie and you get a green colour too! (Depending on how intense the other fruit colour is) can't waittttt for the next episode!
